What do you like best about the product?
Seeing who opens my emails, how many times they have opened my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will randomly log me out when I am in the middle of writing an email (doesn't happen a lot), but when it does it is frustrating because I just took time to work on an specific and catered email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to find net new opportunities and it has been really helpful in tracking what emails are working to get people's attention
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to use to track what you have done, when you have reached out to people, and seeing the engagement!

This is one of the easiest prospecting tools available. People who don't know how to use can quickly learn as it is very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of much i dislike about this tool .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my life as a salesman a lot simpler. I'm able to stay organized with tasks and helps me know what next steps to take in a sales cycle.
Been Great for email and call tracking.

The ability to see when people open my emails, and how simple it is to make and track calls.

Just not a fan of the tasks. I like salesforce tasks better.

Easy to use.

Ability to automate touch points, gathering metrics for the salesforce. Increasing retention periods.

Calendar syncing, navigation in the GUI.

Customer outreach, callback statistics, and email response rates. Increased metric on everything mentioned.
Great tool although I don't fully use it in the role I'm in. Love the email templates and tracking.

I love the automation of task and sequences as well as email tracking.

The Calendar Tool. I wish it looked nicer within the email.

Watching my emails being opened really give me insight to whole engages the most as a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike, the sequencing tab can get pretty messy

The capability of figuring out which clients are engaged

Template analytics, the gmail plugin, the everywhere integrations are all essential for me

My main dislike is the lack of advanced reporting features. I feel the analytics I can access are more basic than other tools I have used.

Tracking of email outreach, pipeline management

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me dictate which prospects are important, which helps me spend my time wisely. I love the feature of starring prospects, sequencing, etc. Overall, great tool. I also like the aesthetics of outreach as a whole- i think the information is presented in a clean and straight-forward way that allows me to understand where I'm at in terms of sequencing, where i'm at with the prospects that I've already engaged in, and what and where I need todo in order to really drive my business home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the problems that emerge sometimes; most of the time my VPOP is expired or it wont let me log a call, which means i need to refresh the page and then start over on my tasks. Not sure if it is a technical thing or whether its my wifi, but sometimes I've found that outreach can be pretty slow. This affects my ability to reach out to prospects and whether or not I'd catch them at a good time. Overall though I really like outreach and I will continue to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that this allows me to reach the right prospects, seeing which email is generating the most views, and spend my time wisely with those who open emails more often than others. I also like the ability to go after multiple companies all at once- this allows me to widen my horizons and really make an impact when i'm reaching out to these other companies.

Great tool
Great tool for managing leads and a pipeline of prospects with built in meeting calendar.
What do you like best about the product?
The task function as it allows you to schedule and sequence leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
How leads fall out of the sequence once they reply. Often times these replies however are out of office notices or general queries which you then have to manually track either within a spreadsheet or through a new sequence. Although generally for high volume leads, sequences don't satisfy the prospects needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office catering. We have realised there is a benefit of targeting a high volume of SME's as opposed to our general larger business sizes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use for high volume of leads or a low volume of leads you won't be disappointed with the time saved with this too.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out to as many people as possible as efficiently as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike as a BDR, but if you are working on opportunities through SF and not using it for business development it wouldn't make much sense to have it.

Allows us to reach as many prospects as possible with meaningful content.
