Best CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation! Ease of process. Organization. It's a very well rounded product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some bugs that need to be worked out. In between updates it would be nice to have prior notice before features change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more prospects through automation allows us to cast a wider prospecting net.

The link and sync with salesforce and the sequences you can make for calls and emails

How slow and clunky it can be. Lags sometimes and gives headaches

Calling and emailing prospects. Gives structure to my day

What do you like best about the product?
In my first sales job, outreach has enabled me to really make as many dials as possible. It synchs well with other products like sales force, and preps me to come into a call with a lot of research. It splits up my tasks based on time zones, and campaigns when needed. Overall this is a must have type of product when it comes to sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know the markets very well for other products, but I think that Outreach can really have a lot of bug problems. It often lags like crazy, and often I can not click the hangup button. I have to exit out and refresh! I think outreach is very good at concept and design, but at execution it can often be overloaded by all the people on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to hit a ton of people and provide value to to the people I touch in regards to the service we offer at Vettery. What I have been able to do in a short few months is make a ton of people aware about Vettery. I could not do this without the help of outreach, as calling would be painfully slow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stake out the market first, other places might not have bug issues. But for the right price, outreach is the way to go.
Great tool for SDR Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides an extremely intuitive interface with everything I need in email tracking for myself and the rest of the SDR team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading time for application is a bit laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Outreach for tracking interaction with Email sequences, SDR's are capitalizing on email opens to secure more demos

Great tool for email tracking especially for larger SDR teams.

Sometimes there are technical difficulties where Outreach won't let me hang up or won't log a call.

Best Automation Tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Set it and forget it functionality. There is a lot of things to worry about on a day to day. It's nice to know that touch points for prospecting isn't one of those things. I can set up a sequence and wait to hear back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. This product works exactly how it is supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't lose touch with prospects or forget about them. Have had prospects reach back out and close two or three months after identifying them because the work Outreach does in the background.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use click to call. It seems to be very underutilized.

Seamless integration with our CRM systems makes outreach an extremely effective tool. Creating sequences has saved our org countless hours of valuable time
What do you dislike about the product?
At time outreach will remove prospects form a sequence and not allow you do reach out to people that haven't been contacted before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management: Being able to structure sequences to go out when you'd like and delay the sending of emails has helped save time/money.
