    Outsourcing/Offshoring

Good for small teams, horrible for enterprise. Integration is never good.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach probably has the most advance features out there. The UI looks really cool and modern. It has everything a sales rep would ever need in a automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration - Integration of any product also have flaws. Also has holes in security. You have to understand how integration works to know what I mean.

Extremely hard to learn. Outreach is the hardest automation tool to learn.

Twilio - Great if you have a very small team. The more users you get the worse sound quality becomes. Because Twilio everyone shares one line per account. so long story short, when you have 100 reps they'll all be sharing one Twilio line.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automating sales process. making my team and I more efficient. There are benefits but after you use outreach you'll realize that the benefits are cut short because of the maintenance tasks you need to do to upkeep outreach and its integrations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let their amazing marketing strategies fool you. Outreach definitely has very sophisticated features but the product itself is not that well done. I cant emphasize how bad Twilio is for team's with many users and how tedious integration upkeep is. My company switched from Outreach to Salesloft to now Dialsource. I would recommend checking out Dialsource before deciding to go with either Salesloft or Outreach.

OutReach, data driven pipeline development

  • July 05, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The clear user interface makes the adaption and onboarding and set up seamless. On top of that, the powerful cross-platform synchronization expedites the list building process. Lastly, if there are any snags the high-quality customer support and account management teams are fantastic.

OutReach is the cornerstone of my team's technology stack, even beyond our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only adoption struggle I've seen is when customers struggle with content development, and I wish they went the extra mile to be thought leaders in that space.
I wish the Reporting was more granular and felxible.
I also wish the account to contact synchronization was more fluid and automatic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale! The platform helps build colaboration between our reps and helps us focus on the critical task to build our business. It also helps us be a more data driven sales engine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. the platform is very powerful and the team deeply cares about making you successful.

Great, complex sales automation tool

  • June 23, 2018

What do you like best about the product?
The myriad of options for composing emails with dynamic elements, as well as the ability to link up your calendar for instant appointment bookings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve, lack of initial training, and email-only support. We've had instances where critical issues/bugs affecting our correspondence to prospects without response for hours and resolutions that have taken over a day. Lack of phone support can lead to very costly gaps in service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to streamline our prospecting efforts without adding additional headcount or creating an SDR channel. The sheer horsepower of a sales automation tool allows an individual to reach more contacts than an entire team utilizing the old-school "one-off" outreach. A&B testing and the subsequent reporting has allowed up to continue refining our messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a dedicated Salesforce Admin or the know-how to implement this complex solution. It's not exactly turn-key.

Great product and team!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has built a really great product that we leverage for many of our customers at OutboundWorks and are constantly building great new features to handle all aspects of engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to include here. The engagement space is still at it's infancy, it'll be interesting to see what comes next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are partnering with Outreach to consistently deliver emails on behalf of our customers.

Can't Rave Enough - This is a MUST

  • June 22, 2018
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The personalized approach to email marketing, and how much time we are saving by not sending individual emails or reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly - nothing, we have had so much success utilizing outreach, we can't rave enough!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time - we're not wasting time day after day sending individual emails, or completely ignoring emailing at all. We have eliminated a must for B2G emailing and that is html emails (i.e. traditional email automation tools).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As they continue to grow and expand, don't get too ahead of themselves by over-adding new features

🚀 Transform your sales development team into a weapon of mass friendliness.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see exactly what's going on with my outreach - really great visual layout and workflows to understand what's happening by account, persona, message... you name it! I could (seriously folks) go on all day about what I love so here's just a quick list: Powerful SFDC integration, automated workflows, automatic OOO detection (pauses and restarts!!), native calendar sharing/booking, BEST DYNAMIC TAGS i've ever seen, and it works like a dream!

I used to run a team on SalesLoft and it would crash 2-4 times per week and I had zero visibility into what was going on. I've also used Yesware, Hubspot Sales, Contactually, Toutapp, and Cirrus. This is by far the best sales engagement platform I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve for integrating with SFDC - far more options and work flows to think through than with SalesLoft/Yesware/Toutapp/etc. Since I am not at the package level that includes white-glove setup, I've spent a bunch of time on their knowledge base and figuring stuff out. Support does do a great job and they now have The Peak for advanced best practices, etc. that's super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've booked over 70 cold outbound meetings since implementing Outreach 9 weeks ago. If you're looking to build pipeline with persona-lized & high quality messaging - this is the weapon you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you'll have a real product champion - Outreach has soooo many functionalities - have someone who will bring the enthusiasm and pursuit for best practices.

Productivity focused software

  • June 20, 2018
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a sense of urgency when it comes to updating their product. They are always coming out with new additions to their product.
Also, setting up the product and onboarding our SDRs was very smooth and our CSM was very helpful along the way.
We used LinkedIn is quite a few of our sequences and the new feature of being able to declare the different types of takes has been a huge help on defining each task.
The new task panel is awesome! It has helped speed up our slower tasks such as the different LinkedIn task types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team needs to pay more attention to detail when reading and responding to emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have drastically improved our prospecting. Our old software was nowhere near as customizable and reliable as Outreach, from support being helpful to the software uptime.

Cancelled within 6 months of using - multiple problems, poor support, negative offboarding

  • June 20, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. The sales process was painful, the licensing was clunky (which forced me to plan out exactly what I would need, as opposed to just adopting the service naturally), and the functionality never met expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product did not deliver what was promised. Poor customer support experience. Took more time to manage than was acceptable. We also ran into email deliverability problems, which was a severe blow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased efficiency for sales development and prospecting. While we increased activity, we were never able to run reports, and our email deliverability issues handicapped the team for weeks. We are terminating not even 6 months into our 1yr contract, despite the fact that they will not issue a refund.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look elsewhere. I will refuse to do business with them ever again.

Has done what we need and continues to add value

  • June 19, 2018
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of our big frustrations in the past was that the platform we used was unreliable (i.e., several crashes a day). Outreach is reliable. They've also continued to improve the product offerings. Meetings is and will continue to be a great addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching is very robust. However it's not the easiest to use and almost takes learning a whole system to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to become much more targeted with our outbound sales
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Obviously it depends on your needs, but it's been a great addition for us.

Automate your Sales process

  • June 15, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach alleviates a lot of the manual emailing we were doing before. I know have an organized sequence of events to reach out to prospects. In addition to that I love using A/B testing to prove which emails are proving to have more successful open/click/reply rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple technology misses that are on the roadmap but not currently available with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way in which we communicate with our prospects is far more organized and standardized. Our team now speaks the same language and we have analytics to prove whether or not our emails are efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a staple for people who spend a large amount of their time emailing/calling prospects.
