It is very useful for empty email campaigns and the tool is very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The commands are easy to use and the operation is quite intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat support is good, they answer fast, but many times they only send as a reply a link with information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the use of the tools we have better management of marketing campaigns and much more automated responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The tool is intuitive and easy to learn. There are lots of online resources to help you improve usage and get better results from the campaigns being launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
As smooth as the experience is, you still need data to power the experience. Between what's behind the smart fields and a clean emailing list, this is not a standalone solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization at scale. We need better data to pull it off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a great data source to make the best use of the platform.

Great overall outbound prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
The central dashboard prioritizes all your tasks and shows your email views. I'm always telling my team to work off this dashboard. You can call prospects as they view your emails which really improves the connect rates on outbound calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with Salesforce creates duplicates or does not update status'. Also certain custom fields in Salesforce cannot be filtered against, so this can create some confusion between BDR's and Account Executives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create email cadences. These targeted campaigns contain specific messaging towards prospects that fit in our ICP. Additionally we've been able to track metrics across different emails using AB testing, and this has helped tune up our messaging across the entire team and improve overall reply rates.

Keep prospecting organized

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, keeps prospecting organized and great that calls can be made through using Twilio (included). There is flexibility with changing steps for sequencing and can use calendly for getting meetings on the calendar. Also, great insights on what's working and what's not
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to use once you have the training and navigate through it for a couple of weeks. There is a learning curve because of all the different customization you can make with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to scale the number of prospects we're reaching out to and able to have visibility on when we reached out and activities we have completed with the prospect. Love being able to put prospects on a conveyor belt and complete appropriate tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform that enables your team. I would have weekly teaching sessions on it as a team to collaborate on what's working well and areas of improvement.

Using Outreach for outbound prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to track views, clicks, etc. It gives real time insights into engagement allowing for shifting targeting priorities based on intent and interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the system isn't able to differentiate live clicks and software that scans emails for viruses, triggering erroneous views/clicks. Also, not being able to track WHICH link is clicked is also bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps keep communications organized and consistent. When targeting 100-200 accounts with 300-400 contacts, having structure is very important, making sure contacts don't slip through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's truly a valuable tool in day to day outreach and sales organization.

Automated and Organized

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule and complete tasks, set reminders, track activity, and update status all from one platform. The ability to leave pre-recorded voicemails is a godsend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach at times can be a bit laggy at times but overall I have no real complaints are suggestions for product features. The only real suggestion I have is that the reminders for urgent tasks should not cover up buttons for other actions or functionality within the Outreach plugin, it makes it impossible to update certain things like toggling the sequence button on or off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I am solving with Outreach is just the ability to stay organized in an automated way, all my tasks are prescheduled, I can set reminders to follow up with leads, and I leave pre-recorded voicemails.

What do you like best about the product?
- Reaching a broad audience of users at once
- Huge time savings
- Measurable metrics and click rates allow us to see what sequences are making an impact
What do you dislike about the product?
- Bugs. I run into issues when editing sequences where outreach crashes
- Syncing with your calendar - wish we could sync up and overlay meeting availability that didn't look at our buffer (for example, when I have a buffer of 15 min between meetings, I can't share my calendar meeting times. I show up as orange/unavailable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Would never be able to reach out to as many users as I could without outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
Significant increase in SDR efficiency. Uniform process and messaging across the various teams. Valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent downtime of the solution. Less than satisfactory CSM support. Limited view of historical data.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very intimidating at first. But once you start playing with it allows you to prospect much faster than you would be manually or using old school excel sheets to orgainizing.

My top featueres inclue;
-the tag feature - allows you to find prospects much more accessible and keep track of events, webinars, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
we were not having the ability to delete older sequences makes it very hard to find the correct ones over the years. Maybe this is a feature for other companies that use outreach but not having that is hard because when we use attentional calling systems, it is tough to find the correct sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just with having such a large sales territory, outreach helps you stay organized and allows you to send emails and touches to many accounts when you would not be able to do so manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach saves my SDRs so much time. It streamlines their day-to-day activities and literally just tells them what to do and when. From an Admin standpoint creating sequences, managing users, and overall set up is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting needs improvement. They have come a long way within the last year and provide more analytics on activity, sentiment & sequence performance. However, it's hard to track sequence performance over time and many of the reports have filter limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach increases daily activity and automizes our overall process. Like I said it tells them what to do and when. Reps are ramping faster than before. Also, provides analytics on whats working and whats not
