Interface needs work, analytics are a mess

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see when someone has read or opened your email and response rate, but you can also get that information from other similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is confusing, there are too many rules and names for sequences, templates, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it can have its own application on the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as user friendly as gmail in terms of straightforward organization stuff like making new folders and organizing emails that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with other employees. I've realized the benefit of immediate notification when I receive an email.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks and email tracking make a big difference in achieving targets. Helps make sure you keep on top of your day to day as well as those reminders for things in the future that sometimes slip your mind
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of integration with Linkedin which means it can be time consuming to manually input prospects. the ability to at least scrape names and titles would be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and prospecting as become better. the ability to follow up the right leads as well

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the features you need for a sales acceleration tool. Whether your sequences are automated or highly personalized Outreach is a great fit.

Easy to implement and get started as well.

Pretty much the same thing as Salesloft. If you are looking into both tools just go for whichever tool is cheaper because they are basically the same thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is easy to get up and running the lack of support given on Outreach's end is a bit discouraging. They just send you a bunch of articles and hope you can figure it out yourself. We were a bit of a smaller deal though so the lack of service is a bit justified. It would have been nice to have one call with a technical resource though.

Also, make sure you read the whole contract they send you. In our case there were things discussed verbally that were conveniently left out of the contract which eventually lead to a higher cost for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an inside sales team and like most inside sales team we need to be as effective as possible when we are working certain leads. Outreach keeps you organized, and allows you to move as fast as you want to move.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with which ever of the tool is cheaper Salesloft or Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Outreach for prospecting candidates. I love the timed and targeted messages that I can send out. I also LOVE all the statistics that Outreach provides. I know my hiring managers feel they have more visibility into recruiting and prospecting partly because of Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for Outreach to integrate more with ATSs like Crelate, Greenhouse, Jazz, Lever etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Outreach for targeted prospecting of passive candidates. Most people do respond in the 3-5th email. Our response rates are more than double that of a LinkedIn Inmail.

Great prospecting tool for recruiting or sales!

What do you like best about the product?
Automation on the content and the time and date which my emails will be send out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see folder type of features where I can store my templates neatly.

i can send massive numbers of email without my being there to click the send button one by one.

Nothing. outreach is terrible, the constant issues make it harder to do my job

Everything. the constant glitches. it affects my call volume because for some reason u have to constantly clear cache in google, I hate this tool with a passion

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows you to know if they have opened your email or not and sets you tasks for people that have opened your email several times to reach out via phone call. It makes it extremely easy to set up targeted sequences and hit up a prospect multiple times without having to worry about sending another email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will not take a person out of a sequence when they have replied to an email and that makes for some awkward replies sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time we are saving by putting people in sequences that will automatically be sent emails cannot be measured because it is so huge. I am able to focus on the most qualified leads instead of wasting time mass emailing everyone one at a time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really take advantage of the tasks tab. Outreach will create tasks for people that open your email multiple times making it easy to target people who are interested.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been very beneficial for our sales team. We use sales force as our main way of working through leads. Outreach sinks up with the sales force platform and is a very convenient way of managing contact with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we have come across the problem where outreach struggles to overcome minor mistakes. It is at times a little fickle to work with but overall it hasn't been a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach to be more efficient with our outbound leads. It is a lot easier and quicker for us to manage emails through outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I would recommend this product to others because it has been very beneficial and I have been happy with the product.
