Not just a tool -- but a solution

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing automation requires time and some TLC. Outreach sets the right expectations for use and has been very successful for our whole sales team. They love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it had some additional image functionality in emails and ability to customize the unsubscribe page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating sales touches and marketing tracks.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do 99% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and again a sequence will inexplicably restart after it's been ended for a specific prospect. So there are very rare bugs here and there, but it's not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate our email efforts to save countless hours while maintaining a fairly high level of personalization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used a few other products and outreach has been the best when factoring in ease of use and functionality. I've thoroughly enjoyed using the product.

THE outbound tool for sales professionals

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of outreach is the A/B testing functionality. I can create a campaign and A/B test the subject lines for open rates, then iterate on the best subjects by maximizing the copy. Outreach automatically divides prospects through the A/B process, or you can denote it, yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if you could log multiple calls in a task. For example, if I call a number when I'm working through my X number of tasks a day and the number is WRONG, when I want to call a second number it overrides that task unless I want to exit my queue and log a whole new call. Maybe there's a better way to do it, but I don't know it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping me to reach out to more people who may not need high-touch custom email campaigns. It helps me identify key information from my prospect companies to understand if they are *even* a prospect to begin with.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create email sequences. Very useful to track email opens.
What do you dislike about the product?
My account disconnects frequently which has caused problems. Co workers have experienced the same thing.

Email sequences and email tracking. Email sequences have played a huge part in prospecting.

Constantly make sure your email accounts are connected so things don't slip through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can sequence people and not forget the steps required in my sales cycle or let people fall through the cracks. Seeing when/how often emails are read is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy, and doesn't integrate terribly well with Salesforce. The local dial call quality sucks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing time--so much is automated/faster with things like sequences, snippets, and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple user interface is great. And while it is simple, it's also powerful at the same time. I'm able to reach thousands of prospects/potential clients all from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some trigger bugs that I've encountered and have been working with Outreach engineers on.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you a full view of the accounts, when was the last time it was touched, and much more. 360 view is great, quick tasks are also great. Ability to call with a local number helps a lot since prospects tend to answer local numbers. Smart detection of Auto-reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Outreach is always listening to users to gather feedback and improve the software. They are also coming with new solutions often.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Outreach (both the product itself, and the support) has been fantastic. I've tried (or at least evaluated) most of the top sales acceleration tools on the market. Outreach has been well ahead of the competition, in terms of both core functionality, and usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always going to be little things that you want to see changed, but that's always going to be the case. The only thing that really gets in the way is that the account object isn't really a 'first class citizen' in Outreach world -- it's not as easy to work with account-specific information within outreach as it is with prospect/contact information. But this is changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing and executing proper inbound and outbound sales cadences for SDRs and AEs.

Great software for sales team

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite pieces of Outreach is the sequencing component. After conferences, I can sync all of my leads from SalesForce and add them to Outreach. Then, I can set up task sequences for the leads automatically. For example, if I get 60 lead cards, Outreach will send an initial email to all 60 leads. If some do not respond to the initial email, Outreach will automatically send them my 2nd email. Lastly, if someone views my email multiple times, Outreach will automatically create a task for me to reach out to the lead via phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to search for prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating a continuous sales cycle. Outreach allows me to store email templates, snippets, sequences, etc. Having all of this information at my finger tips makes my admin tasks extremely simple and fast so I can focus on actually selling my product and face time with my customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product, but does take some time to get trained on. Well worth it though!

Takes a lot of setup and wiring time. If you don't have 5+ hours to inject all your text and build templates, it's a useless tool
