Doesn't sync correctly with SalesForce

  • March 28, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The concept would be nice - to have all your tasks, appointments, accounts, prospects, etc. in 1 place
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't match salesforce. SF says I have over 1,000 accounts, Outreach says I have 340. Some of the accounts in outreach aren't even mine and belong to my region lead in SF. Outreach automatically creates appointments in SF, but doesn't link to opportunity - which reflects a poor SNE metric for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COULD save time. Seems better for marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it actually shows the correct data within SF. The whole point is so you can live within Outreach alone, but if you're having to go BACK into SF, your google calendar, etc. then you're just adding another software tab that you have to keep switching to. I ultimately deleted it and stopped using

It is really easy to keep your tasks organized, give you a really good 360 view of your activity and track what is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still trying to confirm if it gets spammed by big companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep your tasks organized, keep views of all of your activities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get trained on the product before using it to really get the benefits from it

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization aspects, it’s a great way to keep you on track with tasks and hold yourself accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reliability can be an issue. It could be the fact that my company has ya using send grid instead of our own email server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps sales reps increase productivity and become data driven.

Great tool for managing the day-to-day activities of a BDR!

  • March 27, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the workflow with this tool, it really allowed you to set yourself up for success and work super efficiently. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but it was quickly overcome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished the note-taking functionality and integration with other apps was more robust!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to easily centralize and quantify the activities for our reps, helping us to better forecast by providing a clearer picture on how each activity adds into the total revenue picture.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You might need to tweak the process reps have when you first begin, to match up with Outreach's idea of cadences, so come prepared with a firm understanding of what your process currently is to allow for the quickest switch.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the product, and the support that I have gotten has been amazing. We had everything in a running in 1 week!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is basic, which is good and bad. It is good for adoption and getting people to use it, but I have run into 2 times that I am not able to do things the way that I want to...more of a personal preference thing then product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
issues we solved
Quality of outbound emails
100% increase of outbound activity
Increase in responses
leads are getting followed up with 120% more, meaning they are calling and emailing them more then once.
We are able to identify bad leads sooner, and remove them automatically
BDRs like their job more with this tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at sales loft, but make sure they show you the current version of the product... When I looked at they were selling the road map hard, and when I dug into what they had in the product it was a lot less then they were selling.
Try the demo, it is a great representation of the product

Outreach provides a tool for business development reps to use that keeps them on task making calls and prospecting to the right number of prospective clients each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software is not always intuitive to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the business problem of getting business development reps call through lists of prospects and uncover new opportunities.

I use outreach for sales calling cadences & scheduling emails

  • March 20, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It tracks what emails get opened and how many times. It also allows me to schedule times that emails will be sent without me having to manually do that. Syncing with SFDC is also nice. Recording calls for performance training and to recall notes is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It goes down sometimes. The reporting for the sales reps is hard to get to. There isn't a good enough tutorial on what is possible to the sales person either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continued outreach. Auto outreach. Organizing accounts & prospects. Tracking clal notes.

-notes do not get saved/cannot see the next time i call or email that prospect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not sure.....if anything there are more problems with this platform than before....benefits....cant say any
Recommendations to others considering the product:
support/ training for tool was horrible
basically no training at all, all trial and error by us endusers
