What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is extremely effective in sending out mass emails which enables me to hit my quota easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One problem is that some of the same people can be hit multiple times in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am hitting mass numbers of prospects and setting up more meetings than ever before. The benefit is that I couldn't do that alone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will change the entire sales game. It allows me to mass farm prospects instead of sending out emails one by one. It is also very useful for following up with clients automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
email tracking banner notifications and the 360 view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of then opens aren't totally accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to outreach more effectively having my entire inbox in one place while having pretty accurate tracking. Without it, there would be times I wouldn't have reached out to someone when I should have.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is user friendly and has tools to make logging calls and sending emails easier. It keeps prospects nice and organized and sets up events easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many steps to pause or move an action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Development. It provides an outlet to connect with prospects through inbound and outbound calling. Keeps our systems in order for continuous production.

Be patient. IT has great tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has made it extremely easy for sales teams to create automated 'authentic' looking text emails without help from Marketing. Super easy to keep track of things and easy for managers to see what each sales rep's funnel is accomplishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customizability in terms of HTML or design. Outreach is great for plain text but doesn't replace the need for a more customizable or branded email outreach tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is letting our sales team optimize their email responses and funnel without the aid of marketing. Its platform is built for teams, which is great in comparison to building out funnels in email native apps like Yesware.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Native integrations with existing email clients or a bit more customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to create and edit cadences. Email automation runs smoothly without any problems. Analytics are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, and sadly, I've worked with two companies that had and churned from Outreach. It's my favorite software of its type out there, but I think they need to realize that there are a lot of companies doing the exact same thing for a lower price
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic cadences, easy analytics and ability to a/b test with real time insight
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be willing to spend more than you might like, but in my opinion it's totally worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach.io constantly strives to improve its product based off of customer feedback. Although my team is relatively small, they allowed us to beta a product and listened to our feedback. Plus, the training and support has been great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any technology platform, every now and then there can be issues; Still, the positive definitely outweighs the negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows for a small inside sales team to perform outreach on a large scale while giving them the ability to customize accordingly. The detailed analytics and AB testing capabilities allow to make data driven decisions that impact our cadence and outreach strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, constant improvements, reliability. Outreach is clearly built by salespeople for salespeople.
What do you dislike about the product?
VOIP isn't amazing, it'd be nice to be able to delete sequences in batches rather than 1 at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach as our primary sales communication tool. Outreach allows us to automate email interactions when they need to be automated, and to customize our interactions when automation isn't enough.

As a manager I use the analytics data surfaced by the tool to find deficiencies in process, message, and cadence and to correct them. Outreach allows easy testing of every aspect of my team's efforts to find the right people at the right companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sales enablement/sales acceleration market is exploding. Make no mistake, Outreach is hands down the best platform available.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences features and the ability to easily add someone into an email flow. There is also a powerful push back to your CRM, so that it's easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user control functions are a bit difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need an easier way to send emails to different groups of prospects, and easily track my activity in salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I have no used Outreach at 2 different companies. The main thing that I enjoy is their customer service and the relationship that has developed with them over time.

The functionalities of Outreach is top notch and it has set my sales development strategies for success over and over again. Their business model is scalable from small teams to massive teams.

The UX is straight forward and very easy to train new reps on. I highly recommend Outreach in any sales org platform stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that come to mind really. Zero complaints thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges we were trying to solve as an organization was to effectively stream line the process and deliver results. Since joining the company and bringing on Outreach -- we've been able to build out a results driven process with the Outreach platform at it's core.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has allowed my team to save hours of time and keep on top of our scheduled touch points. No more missed opportunities, no more confusing schedules, and no more wasted time spent solely in my CRM! Outreach has been the perfect tool to integrate with our CRM and fits right into our current set up, with lots of added features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is a pretty big tool! There's a lot to learn, and a lot that you miss out on taking advantage of if you don't spend the time to get to know the tool. Luckily, I've already seen improvements with their set-up process, and their training library or "university" is extremely helpful!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since implementing Outreach, we have saved a ton time while increasing our touch points and making the connections with our clients more personal. We've seen an increase in efficiency and a much better reply rate from our emails and calls. Overall the tool has provided us with measurable benefits that have drastically improved our outbound process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be worth your time to see a demonstration. Their user-friendliness and user interface is top notch and that's obvious from the website, however a demonstration is where you get to see the features in action to determine if it will solve the business problems you're experiencing.
