Ease of Prospect Sequencing with Personalization

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to sequence prospects from a saved list, and I appreciate being able to personalize messages for each prospect before sending them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of in-depth analytics when it comes to email performance, including aspects like sending and deliverability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If i had to manually send out emails it would be a diffucult task also outreach has emailing steps (follow ups ) which helps for nurturing engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Outreach is an easy tool to navigate. I can see all my prospects and tasks in one place and make dials while simultaneously writing emails to other prospects. I also enjoy how my I can access Salesforce accts when I'm making a dial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more capabilities for automation in Outreach like a traditional email marketing platform like Pardot or HubSpot. More automations to send different emails at different times depending on if they open my email or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is allowing me to connect with prospects via email and via dialing. It's an all in one platform that has gotten me more connections and meetings. If I didn't have Outreach I would be doing all of this work manually.

Great tool to manage outreach and follow-ups easily

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Outreach is how easy it makes it to organize and follow up with leads. You can build sequences, send personalized emails at scale, and see who opened or replied in real time. It keeps everything in one place, so you don’t have to guess what step comes next. It’s very helpful for staying consistent with outreach and improving response rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform takes a few seconds to load when switching between sequences or inboxes. Also, the reporting dashboard could be a bit more flexible. But overall, these are small issues compared to how much time it saves every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me automate and organize my daily sales and marketing communication. Before using it, I had to send follow-ups manually and track replies in spreadsheets. Now I can create sequences, send personalized messages automatically, and see engagement metrics in one place. It saves a lot of time and keeps everything more consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Outreach’s ease of use and the well-rounded feature set it offers. I love the ability to record all my calls with a bot that acts like a notetaker, providing me with helpful summaries. Setting it up was extremely easy and quick. These features help me to review my conversations with customers efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach brings structure and consistency to my day. The sequencing tools, task management, and CRM integrations make it easy to stay on top of follow-ups and ensure no lead falls through the cracks. I love how customizable the sequences are and how cleanly it syncs with Salesforce — it helps me work faster and more strategically instead of bouncing between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics and reporting dashboards could be more intuitive — it sometimes takes a few extra clicks to surface the exact data I need. There’s also a bit of a learning curve for new users given the depth of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me manage a high-volume book of business while keeping outreach personalized. Best tool for outreach as BDR

What do you like best about the product?
Our Business development and Sales team globally use Outreach. Literally every employee in those teams. It's a great tool in many aspects, and we use their functionalities widely and each day. We have it integrated with our CRM system, so it has all the data of our accounts and prospects we need. We then use Outreach for all of our multi channel sequences. This works as a perfect machine. We also use Outreach for calling our prospects (from our PC), which also works very well and provides you with a lot of settings to configure and fine tune. The emails are integrated with our email tool which allows us to track the activity. The dashboard and reporting functionality is also very detailed and easy to filter through or customize depending on what you'd like to see. Overall it's a great tool that each of us uses every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about this tool. The only thing is that for new team members it can take awhile to get familiar with all of the different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to sell our software and getting into contact with the right people at organizations that we go after is complicated and time consuming. What Outreach solves for us is by providing clear structure and a proven way of working. It's easy for new employees to get started with the tool and follow the processes. It's also nice to have all of the important features such as sequences, emailing (+tracking), calling and complete dashboards & reporting in one tool.

I automatically sets up my calendar for leads that I need to follow up with without me having to create one on my own which is time consuming.

Outreach cut me off without notice, unresponsive ever since, and left me scrambling to rebuild

What do you like best about the product?
The software itself is fine — it does what most other sales engagement platforms do: manage sequences, track activity, and support outreach campaigns. But frankly, that doesn’t matter if the company behind the tool treats customers the way Outreach has treated me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach terminated my account without any notice, warning, or communication whatsoever — despite the fact that my account was on automatic renewal and had been active for several years. One day I simply could not log in, and when I reached out, I was told the only way to get access back was to buy five licenses I don’t need, at a much higher cost.

This is a forced upsell by cutting off existing customers — and it completely contradicts their own Terms of Service, which require:

- 60 days’ notice before changing fees,
- 30 days’ written notice to terminate auto-renew, and
- Notice before suspending an account for billing issues.

Outreach provided none of those notices.

Worse, after that first and ONLY curt response from their sales rep, the company has been virtually unresponsive. I escalated my concerns to multiple sales leaders, VP-level contacts, and customer success — and received no reply for days. Outreach is happy to send a dismissive upsell email, but not to address the fact they cut off a long-time customer without explanation.

Because of this, I have lost access to my own data stored in the platform. That means years of history, records, and workflows are now inaccessible to me. I now have no choice but to rebuild everything — sequences, integrations, automations — from scratch in a new software. That process is not just expensive, it’s highly disruptive to my business operations.

This is not just a bad customer experience — it’s unprofessional, predatory behavior. Outreach clearly does not value small or mid-sized clients. If they decide your account is no longer worth their time, they will simply cut you off without warning, ignore your complaints, and leave you scrambling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach isn’t solving problems for me anymore — it created them. After years as a paying client, my account was cut off without notice and I lost access to all my data. Instead of solving sales engagement challenges, Outreach has left me with a bigger problem: I now have to rebuild all of my integrations, automations, and sequences in an entirely new platform just to get back to where I was.

Any initial benefit I got from automating outreach has been completely erased by how they handled my account. Outreach isn’t helping me close deals or scale sales — it’s forcing me to waste time and money migrating to a competitor because they abruptly locked me out and refused to respond.
