What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is an easy-to-use, reliable tool that helps our SDR team stay focused on tasks and cadences. Its consistent performance, intuitive interface, and clear layout make it simple to find everything—from accounts and contacts to email details. We use it daily, and it’s become an essential part of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
technical limitations like the inability to handle duplicate records (lead and contact with the same email in Salesforce) can cause errors without clear messaging, making it harder to troubleshoot issues.

integration of contacts / importing to salesforce can be clunky

The general UI is attractive and easy to use and things are in a convenient place.
You can pause specific people in sequences easily, this is tricky in salesloft

What do you dislike about the product?
When completing email tasks, the space to write the emails is tiny and buggy, when there is the rest of the screen that could be used, wish I could drag the email tab out into the screen to make it customisable to me and easier to view/write emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing, tracking, and automating my entire outbound email campaign efforts, with options for hyper personalisation
The Outreach tool has an easy user interface and technical support is ALWAYS OUTSTANDING

The challenge of not having many incoming leads is solved by Outreach enabling myself to reach large audiences.

Ease of use, consistency, and all around successful at what it does
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a lead and contact in salesforce with the same email - outreach will only load one (But it doesn't tell you which and will give an error message if you try to go to the platform from the wrong version (IE lead vs contact))

Very customizable and powerful tool. Very easy to create your own templates and cadences.

Needs alot of work OOTB to get it set up and get used to it.

Speeding up and automating our inside sales teams outreach. The sequences make it possible to perform outreach to hundreds of people a day while staying organized and on top of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is now at the center of our sales momentum here at Seesaw Learning. I love most how it brings together email tracking and conversation intelligence to allow our team to connect with the right message at the right moment. It's so powerful at scaling personalized outreach without compromising that human touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The curve in learning for new members is high. The platform is solid, but it requires time and support to get the most out of capabilities such as sequence optimization or advanced reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is closing the gap between actual results and sales activity. Its revenue intelligence and sales coaching capabilities allow me to see where reps need help, track conversion trends, and automate how we're expanding the pipeline. It's shortened our sales cycle and improved rep performance overall.

Its automations and simplicity creating things like templates or sequences.

It is a bit cluttered. There is a lot going on the screen at any given time. Could be overwheleming to new users without proper enablement.

it saves me time and allows me to actively work other opportunities while also reminding me to interact with other opps.

The ability to easily reach out to multiple contacts systematicaly. I also like the ability to A/B test emails and track activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are difficult to make sense of, onboarding takes time and ther are many glitches ongoing. and our account manager changed 3 times in 4 months. If you have a technical issue or need help, they send you to a help email queue and you don;t get a response for 24 hours, then the fix takes 24+ hours
