Outreach makes my job easier by automating 60% of my emails
What do you like best about the product?
Email scheduling is very helpful when working across time zones and territories. I also like how creating sequences and building in multiple email and call touch points builds out my weekly workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
More Salesforce integrations would be helpful, it would be nice to see how I prioritized the accounts in salesforce and notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow management, email management and time management. My follow ups are much better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only works on standard phone numbers, does not allow you to call people that have opted out of emails.

having an integrated dialer and email sending tool in SFDC

Make sure you see how your current workflow is impacted and plan for the downtime it will cause to switch

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to manager all of my clients with direct campaigns that drive sales and movement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is easy to use but the formatting can sometimes get a little messed up in the exchange but that is it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having hundreds of clients being able to be reached with targeted campaigns not blanket statements allows for more sales and for sales to move quicker

What I like is that it integrates pretty seamlessly with Salesforce and Gmail, and it's easy to do A/B testing of outreach campaigns and see the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
-the lag time it takes for activities and contacts to sync with Salesforce
-can be a little clunky, especially when trying to get through a lot of tasks, because they open in a new window, it would be nice if they opened in the dashboard
-I wish it integrated better with Grammarly

Ask about integrations and think about other tools that you use. (Salesforce, TalkIq, ClearBit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Grammarly, Slack, Gmail email/calendar.
Not a big fan of automated email apps, so I am biased

Template emails that are sent on your behalf by the marketing team
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many template emails are sent on your behalf and you look like you may be spamming folks without ever knowing as the company is sending them automated.
Everyone in the whole company can read your emails, it's helpful, and also a bit invasive.

What do you like best about the product?
Elegant UI and integration with Gmail/Chrome and Salesforce.

Lack of good onboarding/setup for new teams/users.

Structured inbound and outbound lead development. Sales team email and activity integration back into Salesforce.

Outreach keeps me on track with my outbounding efforts

When I leave notes after a call, I don't like that they don't transfer to Salesforce

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool. Once they figure out a CRM (all-encompassing) integration, they'll be bulletproof.
Good but needs work. Definitely, helpful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The seqeunce feature along with integration to Salesforce allows for a one stop solution. It organizes your daily tasks and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
They use Twilio's API and that at time can be inconsistent. Also the Salesforce extension is sometimes buggy. One thing I cannot stand is that since using the products calling feature, I have had a plethora of random number inbounding into my phone and will also inbound while I am in the middle of a sales call.

We are using it to optimize our sales efforts

Love how much customization you can put into a sequence. It's amazing how many leads you can reach out to.

When I'm typing up an email it can lag slightly.

Saves so much time from copying and pasting data into canned emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dialer inside of Outreach. It very easy and has great call quality. I like the aesthetics of Outreach and and the reporting visibility is great. Way better than other solutions I've used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out reach is very email focused. That makes it hard to track and see some of the desired visibility into calls and call details. Also it does not tie direct into Salesforce so you have to use a somewhat clunky side panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use outreach to speed up the prospecting process. put clients in sequences for multiple touch campaigns and then hopefully engage them for a sales conversation. Its been a great tool for our team so far and management loves it.

Great tool and excellent call quality. Very good email sequence tool if you want to have emails automated and sent for you with little to no effort.
