What do you like best about the product?
Outreach saves me a lot of day to day. The automation is key for a sales person. I like the templates you can create for one off emails as well as the sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still have to use add on tools like Boomerang and Gmails extension for canned responses to fill some gaps in functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a ton of time following up with clients.

Good purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see who has opened and responded to emails and create tasks based on this. Also being able to set email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky to use. Doesn't sort well and needs better reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing who is viewing emails and effectiveness of campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It offers a lot of strengths and I would highly recommend it but be aware of limitations in reporting and views in GUI.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is the 360 degree view that prioritizes your tasks for the day

It is a bit annoying that there is no back button or easier way to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving a bunch of time on my email campaigns by being able to email blast customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach is very automated and does a crucial piece of my sales process for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to login to outreach like every other day to have the icon appear on my salesforce integration. Sounds minor but it is rather annoying and takes up time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were spending too much time drafting emails- Now it is all automated

Great way to organize emails and work, especially with the Salesforce integration

Sometimes emails are being sent out with knowing, however this may be more internal/user permission settings

-Being able to A/B test sequences and seeing the data results
-Mass emailing
-Makes the process of reaching out to several people more efficient

-Features can get buggy but no technology is perfect
-Sometimes mailboxes can un-sync on their own

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has so many different features that I rarely find myself hearing "no" when asking my administrator or support team "can Outreach do xyz..." This perfectly transitions into my next point, that the quality of the support team could not be overstated. They always answer my team's questions in a timely and thorough manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it's still because I've only been using the product for 2 months, but I find that it could be a bit too complex at times. I find myself having to ask how to do things probably once or twice a week. That being said, there aren't many things that the product can't do, so at least there's an answer when I ask how versus "we can't do that," which is certainly a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me and the entire sales team to access all of our stats, which allows us to make informed decisions, well-supported decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach really helps streamline the sales process. With A/B testing, open rate & reply tracking, it's very easy to track results and implement best practices with concrete data to support your reason. The customer support team is absolutely amazing - always answering questions in a timely and thorough manner. The product could be complex at times, so the quality of the support team could not be undervalued. The product as a whole continues to implement more and more features and is constantly improving ones already released. I'm excited for our sales team to go alongside Outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
i like that outreach helps you make lists and keep the information all organized in one place that could be accesses at another time remotely. I save a lot of time by sending mass emails at one time, and they are all easily personalizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that OOO emails sometimes turn a sequence into "responded", when in fact they did not respond. I don't have many complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save so much time that you could spend on other valuable tasks. You can see when someone opens your email or opts out. Everything is stored in one place, emails and all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is very helpful when you want to see if someone opens your email or not. If someone doesn't respond to multiple emails, use this to see if they are opening it, or if it isn't being sent to spam or something else .

What do you like best about the product?
The main reason for using o.io was to sync all of our emails to various leads/contacts to salesforce so everyone can access communications. This is especially helpful for our sales team (SDRs to AEs) for understanding all the touch points and the best way to communicate certain information to specific people at prospective customers.

Once we got on the phone with our CSM our knowledge of the product and specifically its interface got a nice boost, recommend doing this with your team(s) as soon as you can. Interesting roadmap ahead for these guys.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issues with the main reason we were using o.io: syncing to sfdc. However that was fixed a few months back and have not had any issues recently.

UI is a bit clunky and slow to load, to be fair we mostly use macbook airs which have pretty garbage hardware.

Had this weird situation where our account wasn't updated to receive a patch which fixed one of our biggest problem, just make sure you have open lines of communication to your CSM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating email data into SFDC.
Typical email tool stuff - sequences, batch blasting emails w/ some degree of personalization via fields in an uploaded lead list, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a ton of email tools out there with more coming out monthly it seems. So far has yet to find one with all the standard things you look for in addition to porting our data into SFDC with regular consistency and reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the automation of the tool. It helps me to work more productively and efficiently without having to worry about if I am forgetting to follow up with a prospect or remove them from an email chain. I love the fact that templates can be stored and used when needed, and you can schedule to have your sequences sent at specific times during the day/week. I also appreciate the fact that I get a notification email when an email bounces, and it also shows in the sequence details. One of my favorite features of Outreach is that it will show you which contacts are unresponsive, responsive, bad data, etc, and I am able to export an excel file of whichever group I desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike the most is the fact that you cannot choose certain fonts and text sizes. I feel as if the font that is given to use automatically appears as a marketing email, and seems less personalized. I also have experienced times where a prospect responds to my email saying they are not interested at the time, and even though they reply they are not removed from the sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of emailing and being able to organize the prospects based on their activity. I have realized the benefit of this tool because I know people in my position in the past have had to rely on using excel spreadsheets and setting calendar reminders to email/follow up with contacts and prospects.
