Very Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The auto email function is very convenient and easy to use. The process from switching from task to task is seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it is not integrated with my sales console but it was not a deal breaker
Open another tab when trying to view account in sales-fore is a tad inconvenient as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can automate 30 percent of my daily tasks with outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not go into expecting it to be a bad fit because one you get used to using outreach it can be very beneficial

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that outreach gives me the option to automate monotonous processes.

Given the nature of my particular role, outreach sometimes isn't as beneficial for me as it is for my colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get a sequence up and running, form importing contacts, to creating personalized messaging, Outreach really makes it easy to scale your prospecting and responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally sequences will just pause without any warning. There are no alerts when something goes wrong, which would be very helpful in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized messaging at scale is always a challenge. Outreach has made it simple and easy to create personalized, effective messaging, and also track how that message resonates with prospects and clients. I really appreciate the reporting and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what people have opened emails that I send to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there honestly isn't anything that I dislike about Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email problems, people not responding, coming up with new and exciting ways to get people to open the emails I send to them

If you want visibility into whether your recipients are opening the messages you sent, get Outreach bro.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept and capabilities of Outreach are fantastic. I like how customizable it is and how it's great to set up emails and let them play out. It allows me to work on more immediate needs and messages, phone calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting is difficult. Outreach support is fantastic, but there have been a few times where the issue goes unresolved, mainly because there isn't a logical reason as to why the problem exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to have more time to focus on premium roles and accounts, while also widening my net to reach additional companies and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic sequence ability. The ability to also edit sequence and help control how often people can receive a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
The errors that would pop up since a large number of us touch the same contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to enough people in one day!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
diagnosing problems quicker than doing screen shares (in sales time means a lot of business lost out on if our system isn't working)

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have a system make my 8 touch points is a salesman's dream come true! There is nothing like it out there and I have recommended several times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like in outbound that the next to go out are on the last page. If it was on the first page then I could edit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with so many more people that I ever thought. I can hit hundreds or thousands in one day as opposed to 100 outbound calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Why would you consider anything else? This is the way of the future for sales. Get on board now and let's make some sales!

Outreach provides full experience in client connection

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize sequences. It is extremely helpful that I can share sequences with my colleagues, view response and open rates, as well as chart client activity. I love the ability to import multiple contacts using CSV file which is quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach will suspend or halt clients in a sequence if they are active in another sequence. This poses as a problem if my colleagues have reached out to someone fairly recently and I am unable to reach out to them but also unable to stop their sequence. It can be quite confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to improve my efficiency by reaching out to clients in a manner that proves caring and personal. I can clearly compare response rates between different campaigns and see what is working and what needs to be altered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using this program if you want to increase your productivity, improve customer relationships, and streamline approaches.

Best outbound sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration with Gmail and Salesforce has made life so much easier.
The automation allows our group to easily follow-up with potential clients and has definitely made us much more productive. We are able to reach out and follow-up to more clients each day because of Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs with the system, but other than that there's nothing I would change right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has made us much more efficient. We are able to reach out to more potential clients each day, while spending less time. In addition, we are able to see which potential clients are most responsive and focus on them, instead of reaching out to the less interested leads. This is a win/win and I can't imagine not using Outreach now.

Powerful product that has made me more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I havent used all the features, but the basics are fairly straight forward. It has certainly saved me a great deal of time and made me more efficient/effective.

I also like the tutorial videos. They have helped me learn a lot about the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit buggy at times. One of my sequences did not go out on time and it sent all the emails in the sequence within one day (rather than the set 3 days).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we spent/wasted a lot of time following up on leads that were unresponsive. Outreach allows us to automate this process, so we can now spend our time working with clients while still contacting unresponsive leads.
