Awesome Sales Engagement Solution for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been an absolutely amazing tool to user over the past year and a half. The solution allows me to consistently work my sales target list while understanding the engagement of my prospects. This allows me to prioritize my activities with reaching out to prospects in an effort to drive interest and set meetings. Additionally, Outreach has a very straight forward user interface that doesn't take excessive training to get up and running on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not much to dislike with Outreach. At times, some of the functionality with uploading email addresses for prospects and syncing with Salesforce is cumbersome. However, overall this is a tool that is immediately easy to begin working with and has single handedly been the most impactful tool as an SDR that I've ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves the problem of a centralized solution for reaching out to prospects and accounts to drive pipeline for our sales team. The tool has allowed me to drive more set meetings with prospects, increase my productivity as a SDR and increase my ability to manage my pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have been using Outreach for over a year and a half and have had nothing but great things to say about the tool. The support from their customer success team has been amazing as well.
First Time Outreach User
What do you like best about the product?
I like how convenient it is to plug in a contacts information from any web page. It makes it easy when you have multiple tabs open at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach fails to connect to phone calls every now and then and requires an entire restart. This can mess up workflow and delay productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a prospect heavy company and Outreach makes it easy to streamline that process. You can put contacts in sequences which makes the management of pipeline flow nice.
Great way to reach the masses
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily give the appearance of a customized email when the bulk of the message is the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech problems. aka emails not sending, limits on emails, looks a little basic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound sales development. Biggest benefit is like it or not it you're name is getting out there.

I don't know of a better tool for outbound prospecting
Cadence and Pipeline Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent for long term pipeline management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some very minor redundancies with some of it;s automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to better contact business prospects, stay on top of long-term pipeline management and convert more opportunities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take it through the POC process. Very flexible tool with a lot of customization.
Outbound Sales Made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Outreach.io for about a year and it is the most neatly designed sales engagement platform. Very intuitive to use and state of the art product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of that sort. i liked every aspect of it

I use it for outbound sales campaigns.
Great tool for high volume SDR teams
What do you like best about the product?
When one of our SDR's has dozens or even hundreds of tasks, Outreach is great at ranking the people they should be calling first which makes it really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add calendar meetings to Salesforce automatically - although I think it is in the works so lets cross our fingers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the life of our SDR team easier. They have been able to reach out with a higher connect rate and increase overall activities.

Lot's of tools/platforms out there. Do your homework and figure out what is most important to you.
Savior from the tyranny of Salesforce's mid-aughts UI
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a pleasant, modern UI. While editing leads and contacts feels onerous in Salesforce, it's actually quick an fun in Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach's data sync for Salesforce seems error-prone. The fields don't always update properly, and the sales team oversold the "out of the box" integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our reps to do much more outbound sequencing in their cold sales. They add prospects, queue up cadences, and follow through to qualified opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a SFDC admin, or at least someone with solid understanding of custom fields, mappings, and duplicate checking. Our first week with Outreach created a ton of garbage data.
Easy to use, great tracking company going in the right direction.

I like the company behind the software. They are always helpful and their head is always going in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit clunky at times. There are some simple features that it is missing.

Prospecting. We secure 200+ meetings per month for our own team using this platform
