Powerful Tool – Reducing my manual tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach auto-logs all activity with contacts that I have imported and gives me insight on email opens and clicks.

Outreach sequences also allow me to automate prospecting motions for large groups of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is still a fairly new product, and at times there are glitches as they continue to fine-tune and update the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Manual task automation
- Activity tracking
- Consistent and fluid prospecting motion

Make the process flow tuned to the existing one and you will see wonders...although sometimes it is monotonous

What do you like best about the product?
The overall UI is great. Its easy to set up new sequences to automate the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is, to my knowledge, not an easy way to bulk import prospects from a Salesforce report to the sequence tool. It works with list views but would be better if we could auto import from a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large book of business we need to touch a lot of accounts in a short period of time. This tool has allowed us to significantly increase our prospecting activities and the number of meetings we are running.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the best platform that every Sales Rep needs to get ahold of. It helps you organize your daily tasks, reach out to prospects that have engaged with your emails/phone calls. It's a great organization tool with the right priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Outreach is that it sometimes marks the status of a lead for you incorrectly. For example I will call a Business Owner but he didn't pick up but someone else on the phone and I had a long conversation - it will automatically mark it as replied. Sometimes when that happens, it won't be in your tasks or sequence anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, organization, organization. It was the backbone on a day to day with a sales rep.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is a great and easy to use tool from the start. You are able to track your emails, calls, and daily tasks. It's very organized and keeps you focused on what really matters - making the sales and relationship. Outreach will do the rest with who to reach out to, and when.

Outreach - you had me at sales automation platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we can message consistently, contact comprehensively and track exhaustively. This answers questions that sales people have only ever answered anecdotally in the past. Is my message working? How well is it working? Is one working better than the other? How many times do I have to contact someone before they respond? And so many others. It used to be a guessing game. Now it's science, yo.

Something you cannot put a price on is the quality of the service that you get from this organization. From the minute we deployed this solution, the entire organization has provided us with the training and support that we needed to make this a critical part of our tech stack. You won't find a more earnest, knowledgable group than this customer success team.

They've even gone so far as to offer the opportunity to speak with their PM and dev leaders to discuss product roadmap and other product enhancements. Such a great group to work with and know that we made a tremendous investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a new platform, I've found some inconsistencies in how reporting is done. Some screens cane be improved and functionality added. But those things are minor compared to what's already there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our onboarding time is so much faster than it used to be. Reps can come in and know on day 1 what messages work and who they should be sending that message to, how frequently and what to communicate in each interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be able to imagine life without it. One thing to consider in the importance of the content you create. They platform is wonderful, but without dedication to creating and managing your content, you won't get the results you're looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is extremely powerful and the team is great about shipping new features and listening to customers. Definitely ROI positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What used to be a best practice (great follow-up from sales reps) is being democratized to all, which eliminates competitive edge. Like all platforms, few that abuse the platform with 10 email sequences, hurt the ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent touchpoints on the key contacts/acounts my sales org is targeting without it being necessary to use a Marketing Automation platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you listen carefully when your CS contact walks you through SFDC field mapping. I had some questions afterwards and it took a couple of at bats to get right!
