What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great for handling your emails to prospects. I love that I can see when they've viewed your emails and how many times. The 360 view is especially helpful for getting a high level view of what your day looks like.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely glitches sometimes but that is to be expected. Sometimes I have trouble locating a prospect just by name and have to go back and use their email to search but overall these are minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching large amounts of people with the same message and saving valuable time. You are able to really view the habits of certain prospects that you would never see otherwise. This helps analyze your approach to them and make it more tailored to the best way to reach them.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic follow up has made my job so much easier. The fact that I can strategically plan when to send emails and only have to enter a contact once is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that if I get an automatic response the contact is paused. I wish I was personally notified every time a contact was paused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the automatic follow up is a game changer. A salesman is only as good as his follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If Business Development is important to your company, Outreach is an extremely necessary tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and how it is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i pull an excel sheet that it doesn't take into account hidden features on Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my time, i do not have time to focus on emails and follow ups. I like how i can set it up and leave it alone.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Outreach beginning of 2016 and stopped using it for awhile due to work responsibilities. I started using it again almost everyday and it is great. I think that is more that I could but just haven't figured it all out yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I see is the time. I'm not sure if it is from SFDC working with Outreach but sometimes it seems to be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to reach out to customers via email multiple times. I can set up a sequence and not worry about following up manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about trying to remember when I need to send the next email in my sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't notify me if the sequence is stopped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for me is I save a ton of time! It allows me to focus on the other tasks that I have going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it, you'll save a lot of time that can be better used doing other tasks.

Simple, Structured solution for creating email sequences and templates

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the UI is. I think that the functionality and options available when creating templates or sequences is very comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that I didn't like about the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
regular communication with existing client base. creating sequences/templates for consistent client engagement. I've found that Outreach can help me be much more efficient with clients out 6 months or longer, while I focus more direct/custom engagement with clients coming up to renew in the next 2 quarters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Outreach if you are trying to find a solution that will help you manage and track, efficiently, communication with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences. I depend on them for my prospecting and follow up after demos. I also appreciate the "Task" functionality. I'm able to create my call lists and follow up with phone calls. I even get email reminders on a daily basis that help me take a quick snap shot of what my day will look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our organization continues to grow and share templates/sequences with each other, sometimes it's difficult to sort through all of the options. The search functionality helps to drill down on the template I'm looking for but if there is a way to improve this, I'm all for it. I also some conversion issues with the Salesforce /Outreach integration. I'm able to work through them, but hopefully their connection will continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to be organized. There's no way I could manage all of the follow up after my presentations manually. I simply would not get the necessary amount of information to my prospects in a timely manner.

I also save time in my day from having to do double entry. I work directly out of Salesforce for my CRM. Outreach links with Salesforce so that I do not need to double up on my efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend attending training. I'm sure the system does more than I even know.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email sequencing features, along with being able to track all the details associated with each lead and account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it's not saving my template with the formatting, font and colors i usually use in my signature. I also don't like the email limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that it's organizational approach and interactive abilities are very useful, especially for larger teams with various leads that need to be touched, it's definitely a more logical and mythological process for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence building is quite simple and easy to track all your activity against lead/contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it auto sends emails after a certain amount of time has elapsed. Instead something like sending at 9AM the next day, would be more effective for our situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves loads of time sending individual email, logging individual activities in salesforce and staying on top of activity that needs to be done against a lead or contact.
