What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up multiple sequences so I can contact multiple prospects at a time. This helps to streamline our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always trust that the Outreach formatting is really cleared. For example, when I get email responses and review my initial Outreach email the link is highlighted in "Outreach blue" not the standard "linking blue". This makes me concerned that my emails look less authentic and more like spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency!

What do you like best about the product?
The time it saves you through out your day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, the value it gives throughout the day outweighs any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management, being able to set the emails and allow them to go on a schedule. Then also determine which emails are being received best by your clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how we are able to make outbound email campaigns with ease! Increasing the amount of emails we are sending everyday has had a positive uptick in demos booked. I also like how it creates a task list for me so it makes it easy for me to start my day by just going through the task list.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the email tracking can be a little spotty. Have seen a lot of emails that were marked as unread by recipients, but when I call them they tell me that they forwarded it on to their whole team to read. I have also seen it go the other way when it says they have read the email several times, but when I call them they have no idea what I am talking about (might be human error though.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased the amount of marketing emails we are sending out on a weekly basis. This allows us to hit more targets with half the work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation will make your life so much easier. It might take awhile to implement, but it well worth the time and energy getting it all set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organizes my prospects and assigns me daily tasks. This really helps me with staying on top of my follow up process for my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information is not always accurate. Sometimes it is difficult for our marketing team to organize the prospects correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help businesses present their data in a more effective and engaging way. The benefit to this is that public sector departments can easily communicate their data to inspire social change and action.

My favorite part of outreach is that you can import bulk contacts from Salesforce.

I wish you could import bulk directly from Linkedin

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, it makes an old manual process automated. Gives back time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't set automated "re-sequencing" once a sequence ends you can't auto roll it into another one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're manually emailing. We've saved at least an hour a day.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to similar tools Outreach has an intuitive interaction and gives great insights through the analytics for A-B testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything worth noting.

With outreach we do not lose touch of leads that would in other cases get lost in the masses within our CRM. This way we can make sure we are connecting with as many as we can.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has allowed me to vastly expand the number of prospects I reach daily. I am able to create targeted sequences to execute persona-based messaging and account-based strategies. The numbers speak for themselves to show this is a scalable tool - I realized over a 150% increase in demos booked per month after adopting Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. Email tracking has been significantly improved and customer support has been highly responsive to any questions/concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale - we have scaled our outbound team from 5 to over 20 reps this year. Outreach has been the backbone of our outbound messaging and prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest in this tool. It has been the backbone of our outbound sales team's growth and success.
