Convenient One-off Email Management

  • January 05, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One central hub that houses all of your one-to-one emails, making it easy to stay on top of all of your direct email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring and syncing mailboxes takes more time than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By sending one-offs in mass, we are able increase open and respond rates.

    Management Consulting

Currently the best communication tool out there

  • January 04, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach hands down, no questions asked, is the best tool out there. It's also the most expensive so I recommend mastering it because it'll change the way you sell. Theres more features and flexibility on outreach than any other platform (currently).

They have a great team. Mark, Manny, Andrew and company just know what they're doing. They don't sell - they evangelize!

You can go get something cheaper but, you know what they say, you get what you pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like I mentioned before. It's also the most expensive thing out there. I recommend holding off on hiring more sales people and using that money to buy this instead. Make the ones you have great and maximize their potential by augmenting them with Outreach. Once you get more sales, then hire more people. It's an investment that pays for itself over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You sell faster, you sell smarter, you become a sales god!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to get better, you'll get Outreach. If you want to save money, you'll pick something else.

Outreach makes my life easier

  • December 28, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes prospecting client leads so much easier. I love how the follow up emails are done for me. The ability to customize email sequences has made my job so much easier as a business development executive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when a prospect replies to one of my emails in a sequence, they'll still continue to receive emails as if they haven't responded yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend several hours each week emailing potential clients one by one... no more! The ability to reach out to multiple people/email addresses at once is so convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! It's a fantastic product.

Outreach is game-changing

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to conduct all of my daily workflow on one system that understands my business
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't access my contacts stored in Outreach from my phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track and manage all of my outreach, follow up, and study the affects of these campaigns over time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that allows you to conduct daily sales workflow in one place (and that can integrate with a system like Salesforce), and allows you to benchmark and analyze your outreach efforts, there is no better system.

Useful outbound tool, needs polishing

  • December 16, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps you reach more people by automating email prospecting in a way that's still personal. The ability to do call after call with just a couple of clicks is quite effective. SalesForce integration and A/B testing come in handy also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It falls short once you have the first answer and need to follow-up. Tracking and reporting is quite limited, email & call logging is not always accurate and there's much more automation needed to make this tool complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running email outbound campaigns is easier and more efficient, saving a lot of time with automated sequences. It helps get in contact with more people, but it becomes cumbersome right after that. Good for measuring response and open rates for different approaches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth trying for mass prospecting and building various outbound sequences. The tool is a better fit for bulk emailing than calling since it lacks the necessary automation on calls. Following-up, measuring actual campaign results and tracking responses accurately are some of the main weak points.

Outreach - the 'next level' in email I needed!

  • December 16, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
"Outreach everywhere" is a really convenient plugin. It makes it very easy to navigate through Outreach using other tools/services that are part of my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky with new updates from time to time. Sometimes patches take a while to go live - standard growing pains for a service as new as outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automatically reach out to new potential clients as soon as they sign up for a trial is helpful - I pair this with my calendly link to allow clients to schedule time to chat. The overall benefit of being able to streamline first contact, to setting up a meeting, with minimal effort on my part, is really great.

Good tool- could use some upgrades

  • December 16, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach saves me a lot of day to day. The automation is key for a sales person. I like the templates you can create for one off emails as well as the sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still have to use add on tools like Boomerang and Gmails extension for canned responses to fill some gaps in functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a ton of time following up with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good purchase.

Customer using it in a sales role

  • December 16, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see who has opened and responded to emails and create tasks based on this. Also being able to set email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky to use. Doesn't sort well and needs better reporting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing who is viewing emails and effectiveness of campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It offers a lot of strengths and I would highly recommend it but be aware of limitations in reporting and views in GUI.

It's been a game changer

  • December 16, 2016
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best is the 360 degree view that prioritizes your tasks for the day
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit annoying that there is no back button or easier way to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving a bunch of time on my email campaigns by being able to email blast customers.
