What do you like best about the product?
Outreach does a great job of making it easy to create sales email campaigns and monitor your success.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to utilize for outbound as it is limited to importing new emails in the tool. Need to utilize a separate tool to import leads/emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to inbound leads is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I need my reps to focus on closing deals that are later in the sales cycle versus wasting time fishing through top of funnel contacts/leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some time to get ramped up...some things are not that intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team followup and overall lead mgmt.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure you standardize some sequences for your team

What do you like best about the product?
I haven't used it much. Our sales team has been using it for reaching out to prospective clients. They seem to like some of the tracking and prioritization tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still getting used to all of the features. Only trouble came from conflicts with our current software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out mass emails to prospective clients.

Outreach is a time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been a job saver. It literally has given me back 2-3 hours in my day that I would normally spend calling or typing out emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could have a sequence start after one has ended. It is a little complicated to create multiple sequences and remember when to re-sequence someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are spending time cold calling, emailing prospects manually or are having to spend too much time getting in contact with prospects or clients, then you need to take a look at Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the product is. I like that even though I've never been great with tools, this tool has somehow clicked for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the process of importing and then putting stuff into the sequence. I feel like there needs to be an easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to email anyone I've ever talked to, and doing it in a way that saves me so much time is incredible.

It's worth every penny.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how well the product ties into my work e-mail address- keeping all of my account activity in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often not clear when there are errors in the sequence what the error is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach many, quickly and very personalized.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is incredibly easy to use. It's truly a next gen sales tool. Absolutely amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if they had GIF attachments in sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with leads faster and more efficiently. Automating the context under which certain leads are contacted. Making sure leads are followed up with an appropriate number of times, etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to email multiple people. Easy of use once started, Simple do 1 off emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Grammarly - sometimes erases everything!

Sometimes won't allow me to change emails in the sequence, for the format, so need to erase everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching multiple people at once, save time and effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be cool, if you could add the number of twitter/Instagram followers a company has.

I would also like to be able to pick the template a manual email should be when they move in the sequence, eg pick if Manual email should be a) or b).

Integration with gmail calendar or scheduling app would be great as well.

Follow up templates if replied - not interested would be great at as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation and ease of use for the product. I never lose track of my prospects that are in sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything that I dislike about Outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant touch on my prospects, nobody gets lost in the shuffle.
