What do you like best about the product?
The main reason for using o.io was to sync all of our emails to various leads/contacts to salesforce so everyone can access communications. This is especially helpful for our sales team (SDRs to AEs) for understanding all the touch points and the best way to communicate certain information to specific people at prospective customers.
Once we got on the phone with our CSM our knowledge of the product and specifically its interface got a nice boost, recommend doing this with your team(s) as soon as you can. Interesting roadmap ahead for these guys.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issues with the main reason we were using o.io: syncing to sfdc. However that was fixed a few months back and have not had any issues recently.
UI is a bit clunky and slow to load, to be fair we mostly use macbook airs which have pretty garbage hardware.
Had this weird situation where our account wasn't updated to receive a patch which fixed one of our biggest problem, just make sure you have open lines of communication to your CSM.

Consolidating email data into SFDC.
Typical email tool stuff - sequences, batch blasting emails w/ some degree of personalization via fields in an uploaded lead list, etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a ton of email tools out there with more coming out monthly it seems. So far has yet to find one with all the standard things you look for in addition to porting our data into SFDC with regular consistency and reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the automation of the tool. It helps me to work more productively and efficiently without having to worry about if I am forgetting to follow up with a prospect or remove them from an email chain. I love the fact that templates can be stored and used when needed, and you can schedule to have your sequences sent at specific times during the day/week. I also appreciate the fact that I get a notification email when an email bounces, and it also shows in the sequence details. One of my favorite features of Outreach is that it will show you which contacts are unresponsive, responsive, bad data, etc, and I am able to export an excel file of whichever group I desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike the most is the fact that you cannot choose certain fonts and text sizes. I feel as if the font that is given to use automatically appears as a marketing email, and seems less personalized. I also have experienced times where a prospect responds to my email saying they are not interested at the time, and even though they reply they are not removed from the sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of emailing and being able to organize the prospects based on their activity. I have realized the benefit of this tool because I know people in my position in the past have had to rely on using excel spreadsheets and setting calendar reminders to email/follow up with contacts and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a terrific time saving tool. The product is very easy to use, and streamlines the process of creating and managing campaigns, and certain outbound efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of the tool that are not that intuitive. It would be nice to have the ability to make changes to more than one account at a time, and organize the contacts in a clearer way. We have also had a few issues with the images in our signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen a lot of benefit in the ability to create and manage invites, and campaigns quickly and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this product to other people who are in an inside sales or outbound role.

OUterach makes it easy for me to maintain my leads in the pipe line as well as stream line the automated outreach

its not too easy to setup tokens and takes a while to setup at first

Fantastic tool for prospecting and keeping up with your sales process. As a rep 4 years into the game (who has tried out a multitude of products), I have not found one more useful than Outreach

The sequencing portion of Outreach is unmatched... and incredible help to the sales team overall. Could not recommend enough.

Always evaluate your tools properly for your specific needs of course. If you are searching for a tool that can handle on schedule sequences of emails for a mid-sized BDR team without any hiccups - then Outreach will be your new best friend.

I thought our last software was very unorganized and didn't meet Our goals and expectations, however this helps us stay on track and organized with its user friendly interface
Outreach is a huge time saver, keeping me organized, effective, and on task throughout the day.

The app is amazing. I love how I can use it directly from my gmail, salesforce, zoominfo, linkedin, or whatever search window I'm in.

Its constantly pushing and pulling data up and down so sometimes its slow to load but to be expected.

It makes the sales team more effective. Helps keep business from slipping through the cracks with the ease of adding to sequences, set tasks, and follow ups.

Outreach simply streamlines the entire work flow of my role. It's integration with tools I use makes things easier and takes away a few steps in between.

Nothing I can pinpoint at the moment. It seems to do its job very well for what we ask of it.

At our business, Outreach is used to connect with the potential clients. The main benefit is the ability to track the success rate of our emails and to be able to understand the engagement our clients are having with our content.
