What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to help you automate email communication to lot's of people at the same time. Definitely a great tool for early Sales Development.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there is such a thing as too much automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My SDRs and OBR use it to send very targeted messaging to the right persona's and generate meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
There are too many reasons to list why this tool is absolutely one of the best sales outreach tools on the market.

It's the essential too to easily manage, track and measure progress as to how many times a prospects opens an email. The support team is easily one of the best teams I've ever encountered from a customer service perspective. Whenever I have a problem, the support team handles every matter as if it's urgent.

They have a very organized database with all of the contacts that I have ever touched through outreach that helps me understand when to reach out to prospects in a timely manner without being too annoying.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about outreach. My team consistently tries to push the envelope with how many emails we can send per day, so we are definitely testing the bandwidth and capability of what the tool can do, however, outreach has mentioned that they are working on making it even more sophisticated each and every day. With that being said, outreach handles the max email limit more so than gmail can ever handle so theres never really an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are speaking with organizations around the world that helps bridge the gap between strategy and execution through frequent goal setting, light weight performance conversations and data. We are helping companies move away from the annual review process and become much more high performing through increased transparency, cross departmental collaboration, and openness.

What this makes us realize as we enter a very dynamic market place is that outreach allows us to send emails at all times throughout the day across anytime zone in a scheduled manner so that prospects can receive our emails the second they wake up so that it is top of mind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support team is absolutely outstanding. Adam Pifer is also an incredible point of contact for any organization that uses this tool and he will go out of his way to make sure that their tool is being used to the best of your ability.

Fantastic email automation tool with few problems

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic and because of that, the learning curve was very low. I was up and running within a day, taking full advantage of all features. Their support team is also great, responding very quickly to any problems that may come up and helping me to resolve them ASAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, anything I've ever had a problem with has been addressed / resolved within the day, if not hour. The only improvement I could think of potentially solving for is having all sequences to all leads within the same company stopped when one person from that batch replies. This way I don't have to manually go in and take prospects out of a sequence when one of their colleagues reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a tool that would enable me to quickly send emails to the hundreds of prospects I reach out to weekly. Outreach allows me to do this by simplifying my process (I often work out of SFDC for inbound leads + the app for mass outreach to outbounds) and making the entire process very intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take the plunge. Outreach has saved me countless hours of tedious work that has increased my productivity and simplified my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The great customer service and responsiveness! The ability to automate my messages to send out at different times, all the metrics available and the tasks I am able to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I try sending over 50 emails at the same time and they will keep saying "sending now" and never send, so I manually have to send each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an SDR who does outreach every day so this is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding prospects to sequences and getting reports on how each sequence is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any features that I don't genuinely like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating sending 2nd, 3rd and 4th outbound emails. All of my emails get delivered on time, which allows me to send the first email and then "set and forget" for the follow-up tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend making the switch to Outreach.

Great Hands off emailing

What do you like best about the product?
The feature set is incredible for sales outreach. It allows me to send a high volume of personalized emails to all my prospects and it's intuitive enough to not send any unwanted emails after a prospect has already replied. The sequences function is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of processing power from my computer and is often very slow. It would also be cool to have a function that allows for easy high volume email blasts for event invites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts my email time down to a fraction of what it would be if I were manually sending all of them. I couldn't do my job nearly as well as I do without Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's best feature is its protection against yourself. I am and many others are liable to make mistakes when sending emails. When it comes to mass emailing, those mistakes are magnified. Outreach protects against those mistakes without being cumbersome.

Creating multiple emails for each "step" of a sequence is great for A/B testing.

We don't use the calling feature here because that's not the nature of our sales process but I have heard good things about it from other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a little undecided on how feel about tagging as opposed to folders/directories. Tagging is great for being able to take people out of sequences (campaigns) and putting them in; better than folders would, I'm sure. For templates, I much prefer a folder system. This allows for multiple levels/sub-levels for organization. Larger sales orgs are going to have many many many templates and more precise organization is required for that.

All in all, I'm hoping some kind of combination of both is implemented at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Mass emailing saves time and energy of salespeople. Dynamic fields personalize them.
2) The ability to create multiple emails/options per "step" of a sequence allows us to A/B test and get insight into how to refine the efficacy of our emails.
3) Error protection prevents us from embarrassing ourselves in front of our prospects; at least, more so than we would have anyways :).

What do you like best about the product?
Before using outreach we really had no way to manage our OB campaign. Outreach easily connects with SF, so I can have my leads in SF but work directly in outreach. It lets me know who to contact, when to contact, and what stage they are in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more customization in the tool. I may have multiple tasks going on at the same time and want to filter by specific information I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound Campaigns: We are able to track our sales process easier and more efficient. We created a series of steps for each prospect and follow it directly in outreach

Great tool for SDR or BDR managing their outbound campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can easily change the content in my campaign in real-time. Adding prospects one by one is easier now because I don't have to import them via spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually really enjoy the tool. It's quite easy to use..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create a schedule for my campaigns where I don't have to worry about when they are being sent (meaning I don't have to bulk import them or schedule ahead of time) makes my job way easier.
