What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to sync with SFDC and work directly from there, rather than jumping back and forth between websites/tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how you can not reach out if someone has reached out within the last day. Also, wish it would sync more functionally with my calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the process of scheduling responses and staying on top of follow ups. The benefits lie in being able to "pick up the cups" easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the software if you want to sync directly to SFDC and automate follow ups and sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated sequence which run in the background as well as being able to personalize campaign emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike. There is a small learning curve, but that comes with any new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that Outreach is always prospecting for me and that my key accounts are set up to receive emails/calls at the cadence that I choose upfront. Everything is scheduled which has made me more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates into Salesforce as well as how it allows me to see who has opened my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more metrics in general. Sometimes it gets funky when you have the same email in multiple sequences. I want to be able to send and email to whomever whenever. I dont care if they already exist in outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am generating sales opportunities for my company. I like how outreach allows me to do this quickly and track it easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it and use it! I enjoy it very much and think its a great tool that helps me do my job better than just emailing through gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use. I love that I can do everything I could possibly want to do in terms of lead management, cold emails, etc. without a bunch of complicated mess that other tools I've used have frustrated me with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I'm quite happy with the product so far.

Powerful software made simple

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to ensure I connect with prospects in the most efficient manner. I can batch email campaigns and call blocks seamlessly, without worry of missing a prospect or the next step needed. The Gmail integration let's me integrate Outreach without having to leave my known workflow. We used Salesloft and ToutApp before. Outreach is in a totally different league. First class!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think or any. Like any software Outreach was not specifically built for my company so it is not 100% fit. But a 95% fit is more than I could ask for. The price is more expensive than other software, but I can't even call those other softwares comps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach primarily for all correspondence with prospects and current clients. Outreach has increased my connect rate and ensured no one slips through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a reason it costs more. This is a case, where the additional cost is justified by the benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Their visibility into your email drip campaigns is unrivaled - you have the ability to truly maximize your people while conducting A/B testing on your messaging. It just gets better with age.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve some of the features associated with contacts that have either opted out or are sequenced in alternative campaigns. Contacts can sometimes be paused for no apparent reason and you have to manually reactivate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great solution to really manage your pipeline generation process

What do you like best about the product?
Really love Outreach everywhere. It improves my prospecting process to the point where if im looking on linkedin i can add someone to Salesforce and Sequences in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The follow up style is a little concerning. In gmail, follow ups appear with long vertical lines and indent the various steps of emails. Outreach just stacks emails on top of each other in longer threads though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving efficiency problems in prospecting. Our team has been able to increase volume of email send by decreasing the amount of time prospecting. More emails, means more responses, means happier managers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up sequences and see real-time who has opened your emails. Testing subject lines has been huge for us and we will continue to tweak this at all times. The ability to go through all open emails and call those who you know have seen it makes cold leads much warmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have different work flows based on certain responses. Would love to have the ability to tailor the steps based on responses so that certain people could get certain emails based on interests, timeline, etc.

Turning cold leads into warm leads, the ability to stay in front of WAY more people than manual outreach
