Outreach review from a front and back-end user

What do you like best about the product?
I like Outreaches capability to do as much as it can. From analytics, to email tracking, to a great salesforce connection it encompasses everything. From a back-end perspective I think it is a very seamless process to connect to a CRM and update users/triggers and fields and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
That new user email claim links get sent to most users spam emails inside of Gmail haha(not sure if that is just our org or not). Not much of a problem. The 2nd thing is if Outreach would be able to incorporate an easier method of mass locking/disabling users accounts inside of really only being able to sort smart view by last time logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping sales users everyday do their job more seamless with outreach. The outreach extension is incredible and makes it very easy for users to add prospects/contacts/leads into outreach and immediately be able to email/contact them. As well as help with automatic lead routing into a specific sequence depending on lead inquiry criteria.

Gmail plugin and the ability to create templates

sometimes the UI is confusing and it could give more direction on where to go and how to use

Reps are able to create repeatable templates to use with customer accounts

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting Outreach through my email has helped me save so much time since every email sent then creates an activity in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to find the opportunity in the subject line, pulls the partner opportunity that was responded to most recently, otherwise no issues, I love it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more efficient with my time and not duplicating my efforts through other CRM's. I have been a lot more productive with Outreach.

Solid Tool for Sales

What do you like best about the product?
Makes management of prospecting a breeze. I find the sequencing and dialer elements the most useful for my day to day sales gig. Helpful that it integrates seemlessly with gmail as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are a lot of other features I might be abel to take advantage of. However, i find that it is a little difficult to quickly access information and feature training that I know would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consitant touch points with prospects. I also use it for a dialer through my computer. Occasionally, I use it to track activities and engagemenet with my outbound messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take the time to make sure you are taking advantage of all it's tools beyond just sales engagment.

Great Prospecting Tool for BDRs

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create sequences quickly, add content and see results. Our team adopted Outreach to be able to connect with prospects quickly and efficiently. It is easy to use, easy to understand, and the individual user can be set up really quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation, we purchased this tool several years ago and no one took ownership of implementation. We leaned into the tool, purchased a managed services agreement, and have been become, expert users. Our sales and marketing team depends on Outreach at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to leads, quick follow-up, connections with contacts, and creating a pipeline for our sales team. This tool allows our junior reps to quickly onboard and begin prospecting to customers. We use the activity data daily to track what the team is doing well.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it very easy to reach out to all of my prospects, create sequences, and track my campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with Outreach crashing, which brings my outbound efforts to a halt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of losing contacts/conversations in the shuffle of the traditional inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce and ease of creating sequences/following-up with prospects.

It does not support integrations with Grammarly which would help with copy writing and sending emails to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very easy and intuitive to use. I love that it automatically gives you a task to do when a prospect is opening up your email multiple times. I also really enjoy the ability to easily create and clone sequences for A/B testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor thing would be that I wish it would automatically send out emails when my outbox has been disconnected. You have to remember to go back and check because it may not have sent and outreach does not notify you about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to prospect and reach customers seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it easy to keep all of your prospects organized with the right notes. When it comes to staying on top of the outreach, it is all automatic, so you never have to worry about forgetting. Given the large amount of people that I am tasked with staying on top of, it would be nearly impossible to set as many meetings as I am if I did not have outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the integration with salesforce lightning is extremely slow. I'm not sure who is at fault, but it is very frustrating to get information between the two without waiting a long time. Another thing that frustrates me is the lacking of fields that you can search by. Given that we keep track of way more things in salesforce it would be nice if I could search for my propsects using the same sort of fields within outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time that it takes to prospect. Considering that the average person does not respond until the seventh touch, outreach makes it easy to ensure you can make all of your contacts. Without outreach are teams performance would not be nearly as good as it is today.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team puts a significant emphasis on prospecting, then outreach is a perfect solution to minimize the amount of time it takes for your team to stay on top of this. It is more time on the actual outreach and less time on the administrative burden of staying organized.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Enablement specialist, Outreach gives me the insight needed to train our field-facing teams effectively. It also connects with our various tech stacks allowing me to move seamlessly between the multiple platforms while maintaining that crucial visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a concerted amount of time and effort in the beginning to learn how to use Outreach, but after you understand it, it all makes sense and is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sync Outreach with so many different tools, which allow us to pull insights and pivot our focus if needed.
