Serves the purpose for outbound
What do you like best about the product?
Using extensions like ZoomInfo while we are in the profile is more useful. The UI of the list view of prospects for a particular account is more useful and having an option to call within the same view helps the sales team.
Sales sequence is a wonderful feature.
Zoominfo and salesforce are the tools, I use with outreach.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of a prospect view must be improved - The prospects notes field is so small, having an option to edit the layout and the size of each field can help users to adjust it to their preference.
When creating a sales sequence having an option to send it at a particular time of the day is more important and if time zone options are given within the sales sequence, it would be amazing.
Outreach syncing with CRM should be improved for a seamless experience - When updating a phone number/notes / Bad contact information, these are the most important information while outbound, having an option to reflect these in the CRM would reduce repetitive tasks.

I use outreach for booking meetings with my clients via calls, emails, and sales sequence.
Call recording is wonderful to review, the history of email exchanged to a particular prospect is more helpful, and adding prospects to my sales sequence is so easy with the prospects view.

Outreach has helped us organize customer-facing collateral that all teams can access equally.

can easily create sequences to prospect. Good to see A/B different messaging to see what lands best. We leverage/integrate outreach with our CRM (Salesforce).

The Reporting can be clunky at times, but i've seen it improve as they continue to invest in their product.

Outreach provides the sales organization a valuable tool to organize and automate all messaging for prospecting. Helps them save significant time and effort with their outbounding efforts.

I like the overall UI of the software and the UX is ok, but can still be improved.

I wish it could be a bit more customizable depending on the company's needs. It is primarily helpful to Enterprise SDRs (for example), who have a book of accounts to work and target.
Also, the insight reports needs a bit more work on it.

I use it to engage with prospects, for outbound prospecting and calling, as well as it gives me an overall idea of my efforts by having visibility over reports.

Great Outreach Tool for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach does integrate from salesforce and can help any outbound role immensely—overall very user-friendly and has a lot of great reports built-in to your account. Great platform that helps enable me in my daily sales role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's doesn't integrate back to salesforce, which can be super frustrating from an efficiency and productivity standpoint. Outreach has also been offline and glitchy sometimes where we cannot make calls or log emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has extraordinary follow-up abilities and task setting capabilities to ensure you never forget to follow up with a prospect. Sequences are easy to build out and have a tremendous A/B testing functionality that allows you to make decisions based on data—great insights through outreach engagement.
Outreach review from a front and back-end user
What do you like best about the product?
I like Outreaches capability to do as much as it can. From analytics, to email tracking, to a great salesforce connection it encompasses everything. From a back-end perspective I think it is a very seamless process to connect to a CRM and update users/triggers and fields and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
That new user email claim links get sent to most users spam emails inside of Gmail haha(not sure if that is just our org or not). Not much of a problem. The 2nd thing is if Outreach would be able to incorporate an easier method of mass locking/disabling users accounts inside of really only being able to sort smart view by last time logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping sales users everyday do their job more seamless with outreach. The outreach extension is incredible and makes it very easy for users to add prospects/contacts/leads into outreach and immediately be able to email/contact them. As well as help with automatic lead routing into a specific sequence depending on lead inquiry criteria.
As a CSM and a 1-many PM outreach is an excellent tool for reps to create targeted programs

sometimes the UI is confusing and it could give more direction on where to go and how to use

Connecting Outreach through my email has helped me save so much time since every email sent then creates an activity in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to find the opportunity in the subject line, pulls the partner opportunity that was responded to most recently, otherwise no issues, I love it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more efficient with my time and not duplicating my efforts through other CRM's. I have been a lot more productive with Outreach.
Solid Tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Makes management of prospecting a breeze. I find the sequencing and dialer elements the most useful for my day to day sales gig. Helpful that it integrates seemlessly with gmail as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are a lot of other features I might be abel to take advantage of. However, i find that it is a little difficult to quickly access information and feature training that I know would be helpful

consitant touch points with prospects. I also use it for a dialer through my computer. Occasionally, I use it to track activities and engagemenet with my outbound messaging.

take the time to make sure you are taking advantage of all it's tools beyond just sales engagment.
