Admin experience is easy
What do you like best about the product?
I am an admin for Outreach and find the admin portal easy to use. Their knowledge bank is quite helpful as well, and Outreach support is pretty responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that our CSM is not consistently responsive, which is a bit frustrating at times. I haven't had to contact her very much, but about half the time I have to bump the email at least once to receive a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach for prospecting campaigns by SDRs and AEs. Marketing and events also use Outreach as needed.
outreach is dependable and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, our account exec from outreach responds to my lead quickly when there is a problem. I like being able to text. also love sequences and tasks that keep me more productive
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes outreach has trouble loading, also it seems sometimes difficult to add/reactivate outboxes. there has been a handful of times where it has crashed mid work day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach people all over the nation with outreach. It benefits me to be able to text message clients as well. putting people in sequence makes me more productive

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to automate tasks and simple dashboard view to help you prioritise who to contact next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Gmail sync is a bit laggy and takes a while to for email to complete after clicking send

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using outreach is it is really built for salespeople. Almost all the use cases I have are fulfilled by it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, I feel like outreach has almost everything. I would like to see better integration with SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really the fundamental problem is figuring out how to scale prospecting. I was able to reach out to hundreds and hundreds of people as a result of Outreach and book tons of meetings.
Sales motions made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach offers the opportunity to drive sales at scale. The platform is especially well positioned to automate Outbound processes and we have seen loads of success with it. Support and integration with other tools such as Salesforce is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more difficult to use and maint Outreach in international markets covering multiple languages. The tool can definitely still scale in this direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly using Outreach for scaled initiatives and outbound / inbound motions towards our clients in order to facilitate a first meeting between a lead and an account executive.
Seamless way to reach all of your prospects and keep track of your outreach / response rate.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to a/b test different subjects, easy to keep track of open and response rates, and makes prospecting into accounts super easy. Overall very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to sync SFDC account notes directly into outreach. Or add prospects directly from LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have overachieved activity goals QoQ but being consistent with outreach. It can get the message across to tons of prospects quickly.

A really great integration for all SDRs, BDRs, and AEs

I would like the system to be a little bit more intuitive.

Outreach let's ne reach out to a large book of business and save tremendous amounts of time.

I like that it's a very intuitive and easy to use tool in terms of creating campaigns and looking at their results.

I dislike that sometimes the SFDC plugins don't work. Same with the Gmail, it gets disconnected often (not sure if that's a problem on my end)

Email automation and analytics functionality are fantatstic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extension can be a pain, and email tracking is hit or miss.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is excellent. I find the actual integration with Salesforce and Zoominfo works quite well. I previously used Salesloft and as I get better with the fundamental aspects of Outreach, I'm finding I like it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional outages but most of those are related back to IaaS platforms like AWS going down. Sometimes the integration between Salesforce and OR doesn't work but that may be our SDFC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely able to stay ontop of my structured outreach better, drive more meetings and ensure that my prospects are all getting followed up with after the initial touch.
