Outreach is useful, but can improve
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily reach out to multiple contacts systematicaly. I also like the ability to A/B test emails and track activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are difficult to make sense of, onboarding takes time and ther are many glitches ongoing. and our account manager changed 3 times in 4 months. If you have a technical issue or need help, they send you to a help email queue and you don;t get a response for 24 hours, then the fix takes 24+ hours
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT solved the problem we had of mannual email sending and tracking, time consuming list building and meeting recording and insight. Also helped us ee and submit forecast with an overaly
Outreach IO is a great prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use was definitely my favorite about outreach. It was so simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the emailing restrictions made it difficult. You couldn't load more than 2,000 prospects at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really made prospecting a breeze. Rather than manually emailing, you could create cadences and let the software do the work for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and that everything is easy to find like accounts, contacts, and outbox is great, cause I get to see details about the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team reports are not updated live, there is some lag on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach basically makes it way easier for us to talk to customers. It's like one handy tool that just clicks right into our Salesforce CRM. Our sales folks can make calls, send emails, see who they're supposed to be talking to, set up follow-up plans, and even see how well things are going. So instead of jumping between a bunch of different apps, Outreach does it all in one spot.

Outreach - The All rounder
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and makes it simple to follow-up with prospects. Especially great with Chorus integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes depending on the geography you might have trouble using the telephony feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and easy to follow-up with prospects with the entire history of the conversation. Integration with the CRM makes is very easy to keep all the prospect notes in one place.

How easy it is to stay organized and get all outreach done in a timely manner

Adding contacts can sometimes take awhile to be in the system

Being able to easily organize prospects into tags and call tasks. I use every day.

SOmetimes it is difficult to filter in outreach

Easily know who and when prsoepcts open my emails and gives me clear data to call and communicate with prospects.

Easy to use and user friendly. Outreach helps me to stay on top of important matters.

When I complete a task there is no possibility to schedule another task with the same lead. It will move immediatly to the next contact.

What do you like best about the product?
variety of ways to manage leads, such as adding sequences, sending direct emails and meeting invites, follow up reminders, all the necessary basics.

some of the menus such as on the sequence, the primary home page where your sequence show

helping me cut time on generating emails and follow ups, with their new AI addition
Clean design
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Outreach is far superior than competitors on the market. It works great with Salesforce and has great deliverability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more customization around reporting and it would be nice to be able to have multiple mailboxes. Lacks some features that newer platforms have incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach made prospecting simple and allowed us to stay up to date on account management
Intuitive Interface with Excellent Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Outreach; it's very easy to use and intuitive. I also like Kaya, the note-taking bot, which does a good job at summarizing meetings, allowing me to send out quality follow-up emails. Additionally, Outreach was very easy to learn. It's really handy to reach out to different prospects under the same account and track all those conversations in an easy-to-view dashboard. It also facilitates communication with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension is very nice to have, but it is often slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach to easily reach out to and track conversations with prospects, manage Zoom meetings, and organize my customer pipeline. The dashboard makes everything easy to view, and it helps me communicate with my team efficiently.
