What do you like best about the product?
Love the automation, can have trrouble importing contacts
easy fields
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that there was a way to integrate linked outreach to automate sequences
or to add certain custom content to select contacts but generally keep the full sequence the same
would be cool is you could auto dial contacts then only be routed answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves time when prospecting, easier to reach out to more people since it is automated
Recommendations to others considering the product:
strong product, wish there was a linkedin integration to add into and automate linkedin outreach in tandem with Gmail

What do you like best about the product?
Automated email and call campaigns, Notified when emails are opened, clicked, viewed, and replied to. Easy integration with multiple other software companies nationwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt have back end rule sets for integrating with Sugar CRM. Created duplicates on account level. NO SMART SEARCH BAR. GET PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to stay organized and hit key performance indicators.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives you direct tasks to complete without having to keep track of each prospect manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different portions of Outreach; sometimes it can be challenging to keep up with all of the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps ADRs organized and allows them to reach out to more people because they're not bogged down by manual tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking and read receipts. It is nice to see how many times a customer goes back to it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am having a hard time figuring out the logistics of the tasks but that is just a learning curve I'm sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving forgetting about clients because the sequencing reminds you.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics behind the technology - the ability to see past clicking send is huge for me in my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit the templates to include imaging. I want it to look super tailored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not knowing if I'm actually getting through to my customers. The benefit of this solution is being able to change things up if I notice a certain email is not landing the way I'd hoped.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not allowed to upload images of my personal data (outreach user) as this is against company policy. But I do really enjoy the tech!

What do you like best about the product?
I think what I like best is the simplicity of the tool. It is easy to use to set up and to navigate. The ability to lock down who can alter and write sequencing is another good feature so you can "control" the message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think auto dialling from a calling perspective could be better. having a dialer inside the tool that integrates with all the CRM and VOIP calling perspective could make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, in any go-to-market organization you need to balance quantity with quality. In the case of using outreach, we are accomplishing both. You can touch many customers with customer messaging but you can also send oneoff that are completely customized.

What do you like best about the product?
Queue of tasks makes getting work done easier. Especially like being able to set future tasks to reach out to prospects in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes incoming calls can't be answered, which is inconvenient when a prospect is calling back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting meetings with prospects in the past that were interested but timing just wasn't right at the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Email throttling

dynamic task organization

LinkedIn messaging support

customer onboarding is pretty solid

templated sequences that get you started

analytics and sentiment analysis is kickass - will help you improve messaging

OOO office pause feature for OOO prospects is cool

you can customize pretty much everything

the dynamic fields and custom fields are handy

you can customize any of the steps in a sequence when adding new prospects which allows for mass personalization

The calendar integration with ease of booking meetings is AMAZING
What do you dislike about the product?
changing a sequence and its steps is painful

Can't prioritize sequences or emails - this is a MAJOR issue as BTL sequences go out before ATL sequences taking days sometimes a week to get important emails out...

You can't mass skip a step when you have prospects in that step while you're trying to complete it (you must do it manually)

getting people into outreach from sales navigator or Zoominfo is a nightmare because they don't have import requirements in outreach, like email/country, so you must go through SFDC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
booking 20-40% more meetings through efficiency and message improvement

keeping deals on track by setting and organizing tasks

Plugging the leakage by reminding me of emails that don't get responses and making it EXTREMELY easy for prospects to book directly on me and my SEs calendars

doubled call volume

tripled the number of campaigns I can manage simultaneously

improved collaboration between SDRs, Sales and Marketing (campaigns are organized into categories after creation and tied to the marketing campaign in SFDC, making it seamless)

What do you like best about the product?
The level of optimization this dialer carries is incredible. Also the integration to salesforce reduces the amount of time I'm using to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how adding steps in a sequence are drag and drop! Come on it should be easy to click and drop on where you want it instead of having to move it up or down each time you want to add something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Average call time, Average dials, Average appointments, best time to call

What do you like best about the product?
What I find the most helpful is the ability to create tasks for future events with reminders. This helps to keep me organized and ensures I do not miss any sales opportunities from someone who wants me to follow up with them in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do have issues with calls actively going through. I also dislike that Outreach does not currently have the ability to send emails to email addresses outside of the US. I think this feature should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving organizational problems and this tool makes cold calling extremely streamlined.
