Outreach Makes Bulk Correspondence Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach pulls all of my contacts from Salesforce and allows me to set groups based on market segment/usage/contact title.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes identifying the right clients for the right correspondence can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows me to maintain constant communication and provide news and updates to clients regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Outreach is its user-friendly interface. Outreach helps me identify new opportunities with prospects and streamline processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Outreach is many prospects have opted out and we cannot target them in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are streamlining workflows and automating very manual processes by using Outreach.

The Best Modern Day Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can use sequences to send out multiple people without having to do much manual work. I have some days where I need to send out hundreds of emails and Outreach helps me to do that with much ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about it. There are only two things that I can think of. It can be frustrating when I want emails sent out but due to holidays or other scheduling I cannot send it (wish there was an override button for a 'send now' motion). The other thing is I wish you could send out messages through Outreach to LinkedIn a little bit more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see who replied, interacted, or not recieved my emails in bulk. This is very helpful in knowing who I should reach out to more often or if I should even reach out again.

Great tool for SDR/BDR's

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see who is engaging with my messaging. It helps me prioritize the people I should follow up with. Equally important to me is the ability to AB test with outreach. Identifying then scaling the messaging that resonates is a key to my success!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting for teams is not as capable as I would like it to be. Outreach does great at providing aggregate reporting for all users, but when I want to dive down into my own team, some of the reporting becomes more limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salsesfoce for our CRM. It is an amazing tool, but a very poor task, call and email management tool. Outreach streamlines the process of contacting our prospects at scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team of SDR/BDR's that use common messaging to their prospects and you require a tool to streamline dials, emails, and social selling on Linkedin, Outreach is a great option. It provides management the flexibility to keep teams on point with set messaging or allows latitude for teams to operate more autonomously with messaging. It is not an autodialer. I've had a great experience with it for the last 5 years!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and analytics that Outreach provides to our business operations. It allows us to create a uniform workflow for users to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
~I feel like there are improvements that can be made to the reporting features that Outreach offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us greatly with our inbound lead management and lead routing. The ability to set up triggers that automate the inbound lead process is huge!

What do you like best about the product?
The email open notification feature is the best. Besides, the fact that all activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn requests etc) to be performed are auto-scheduled and reminded of and do not require manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to skip tasks in bulk - not permitted by Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a BDR, timely reach out to prospects is critical. Scheduling with Outreach and it's task reminders help reach out to the prospects at desired time. Besides, email open notification feature enables maximize connects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach has multiple use cases. Make sure you're aware of all those concerning your profile before starting to use it full-fledged.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a ton of capabilities and is super easy to use! I can provide our sales team with easy templates and sequences to use for our marketing-related campaignes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit difficult to follow at times (for example: you have to expand your window to see metrics on your templates). A lot of info is minimized which can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach mainly for our sales teams to communicate with prospects and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and UI makes it very easy to utilize all the functionality. I also like the community around the tool that shares best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the reporting features as they are difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using outreach for all of my customer facing sales outreach - emails and phone calls. With outreach, i am able to get significantly more emails and calls done in a day than without the tool

Its a hugely valuable tool for sales outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Outreach for outbounding prospecting. It's so easy to enroll prospects in a sequence and personalize messaging for each persona I'm reaching out to. I have high conversion rates (outreach->meeting) from sequences alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to say here. I personally wish I knew how to use Outreach better to get even more, qualified meetings booked with prospects. The backend is a little confusing, but still not hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to create a personalized email for every prospect so Outreach makes it easy to create messaging for different personas to use over and over again. I add my own language if I need to for different companies.
