What do you like best about the product?
Simple to navigate. Email outreach through this software is also very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too pressing comes to mind. However, I'd like to see more website links to folks I'm contacting populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From time to time, our time will have connectivity issues, but this is rare. Benefits-wise, being able to track and pull data from our reps' work is great!

What do you like best about the product?
Having a proper overview of how the team is performing, and which actionable solutions we can provide following data generated through Email Sentiment, Call Data, Sequence useage, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack to personalise reports directly on Outreach (requires a lot of manual looking around + export function is as useful as it could be, given all the data that is on Outreach). The inability to find and organise Tags in one place

Avoiding prospects to slip through the cracks, quickly find and organise them to reengage

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very easy to learn for new sales reps. With the integration with Salesforce it makes tracking your prgress with accounts and contacts simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rare but some infrequent outages did hold up our team for a few hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to solve problems for tracking activity and the effectiveness of our messaging through email and call reviews. It's easy to centralize the message through sequences.

It can do so much and is very informative on how active our sales team is. It's helpful to determine what kinds of messaging does and does not work.

Powerful tool for sales orgs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sequence an email saves a lot of time on tasks I would otherwise do manually. It's also nice to see the templates that other teams use and success rate of those. The booking tool is great too and makes scheduling meetings so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Throttle limits, which is fine for not bombarding a prospect, but for those in alliance/partner-facing roles rather than sales, we often interact with hundreds of users at the partner org and have found Outreach can be a challenge in that aspect.

Synching back to Salesforce isn't the best integration piece here
