Good service all around
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Outreach for 5+ years now. I've watched them grow from a small startup to an enterprise company seemingly overnight.
I like that they listen to their customers, they have a well-integrated platform, and they generally make things easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Their cost keep climbing
-They only will allow seats for individual users rather than important functions at our company (ex. support@xyx.com, sales@xyz.com, legal@xyz.com). We've been asking for a while to allow this, but they won't budge. Because of this, we need multiple vendors with function overlap.
-They are pushy with their sales - tons of upselling pressure.
- It is a pain to add seats. Each time we email our sales rep, they send us to support, three support people separately reach out, the sales person sends a document, and then all of them apologize for the hasle. Happened the last 4 times we added seats.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to gain visibility into our outbound and inbound sales processes, automate key functions and prioritize warmer opps. We also have been able to customize/scale messaging while sending in bulk.

The platform design and the analytics it gives

Some steps are not automated, for bigger campaigns, this is really annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems would be easier access to customers contacts and benefits would be, more info an possibilities
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient; it haves its perks, and even though sometimes it seems like there is no other option, just take a moment to think another way to do it
Easy to use and very intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to understand and the left hand nav bar makes it easy to keep track of where things are. Also the reporting is each to drill down into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could really use the ability to clone prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heavy prospecting and sequencing are what I use it for. The graphical interface makes it easy to see which ones are bounced or successful.
Best Sales Engagement tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach Integrated with CRM in a fantastic way. Moreover, all the prospect communication is effectively stored and accessed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few Admin level alterations possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing all the prospects and recording all the communication on Outreach itself.
A great Sales Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most recent updates to the reporting have been a needed improvement. I think this helps the managers of the tool see performance in more detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes help is needed to better tweak the settings and deeper configurations of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need a way to automate and elevate our outreach to prospects and inquiries vs. old-school email.
Great cadence platform
What do you like best about the product?
Helps my team prioritize their day with tasks. No need to keep a separate list of who needs a call back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to schedule sequences ahead of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the multiple outbound campaigns the team is working on. It's easy to see which sequence a prospect is in when they're going through their task list.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for multitasking - I can have a set of tasks queued up and still review numbers for the week at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I hang up from a phone call of the notes that I had been recording get deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
productivity is certainly higher, keeping track of numbers is easy and very easy to compare stats with colleagues to keep on the right track
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Click around for a bit to familiarize yourself with the software, it's a learn as you go type of training.
Adds time, but very handy tool, with expert and prompt support service.

1. Personal assistant/manager that prompts me of pending/upcoming tasks so I don't have to keep track

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Adding/Moving steps - should be able to add a step at any stage of the sequence and also easily move a step to any stage in the sequence
2. Glitches on the plug-in after executing tasks - often, does not reflect correct info and requires multiple attempts at executing the task
3. Call glitches - call button stops working and starts working only after restarting PC (not just the app)
4. Selecting tasks (to execute) should be made easy by tapping, rather than checking off the tiny boxes

Great tool for Outbound and Inbound Follow-up
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are very solid for sales with Salesforce integration

I do wish it was more visual like some automation tools

Great product but the support could be better
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really great tool for automated sequences, monitoring communications between reps and customers, and managing follow up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we wait several days to hear back from their support team and I have to follow up just to get a reply. Also they've changed reps on us so many times that I've stopped trying to keep track. Basically as they've gotten larger we're no longer "feeling the love".

Our revenue has grown substantially in the time since we started using Outreach. It has allowed us to scale our customer engagement and lead generation initiatives.
