This tool is amazing. For sequencing it is a great tool

The sequencing is the best part. And the integragtion with salesforce works like gem

Pretty Solid Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to use, next steps section helps our reps manage day to day tasks and not lose anything through the cracks, analytics are pretty detailed, and the integration into Gmail is really intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asks me to reset my password way too often, doesn't have a dialer on top of Salesforce (have to open up a contact in Outreach in order to call them)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically all of sales development runs on Outreach with the exception of prospecting research. Once we actually start attempting to engage with someone we run it all through Outreach. Makes personalization as scale realistic to achieve.

Helpful customer service, useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
To put it in context, I've mostly worked with Outreach and it's integration with Salesforce. Their customer service is beneficial and quickly provided support to get me moving past some obstacles that were preventing the integration with Salesforce from working the way we needed it to work, with queues and syncing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very functional tool, and I believe the cadence functionality is useful, although I'm not part of the Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads syncing from Salesforce into Outreach, and back.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable features, like snippets, SMS and email templates, user groups, and prospect lists
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of reporting, both in real time and past tense. Reporting is limited to a reactionary response to trends and/or issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDR workflow optimization and speed to lead. It's easy to track who's excelling where and to find users who are struggling and need more attention/training

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability of my team to have the sequences shared so that they all can run their own business per DGR.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to collaborate on sequence creation. Having to create in Google and then copy and paste over into them is a time suck. I would be so helpful if they had a collaboration feature during sequence creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to increase our number of campaigns and target personas with the correct message and increase our open rates and meetings set.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most is the possibility to create sequences and snippets

Sometimes poor sync with gmail (when sending emails directly from gmail, these are not tracked on Outreach).

There was a list of 6 top must-have features that the team used are must haves for prospecting and engaging with customers. Each of these features functioned flawlessly and were very intuitive to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a lot of time to set up and implement. It requires a team to configure it the right way for your organization. I wish it could be optimized "right out of the box"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the need to call prospects manually and keep track of many tasks and activities. The team can focus on efficiency rather than keeping track of all the detailed tasks that they need to do. It has also improved quality and follow-through with sequencing.
Would Purchase Again
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to administer and get people up and running. You can set more complex flows and triggers as the business grows and learns how to best leverage the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account Manager continuity. It comes with the growth Outreach continues to experience but it would be nice to have an AM for longer than 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity tracking. Sequence development. A/B testing. Visibility into what steps are being viewed, tasks that are remaining unattended, full reporting back into SFDC.
Outreach makes my life 10x easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Outreach as a Sales Ops Coordinator because I can write the email copy and content for the SDRs, knowing that it was agreed upon with marketing, and feel confident my reps will be successful. Outreach takes the monotonous tasks of re-writing the same emails repeatedly and allows the SDRs on our team to focus on dials and conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some work up front for the results you want on the backend, but it's worth the time investment. My only feature request is to run reporting on snippets and templates and see which ones were most recently or most widely used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Outreach to solve consistent messaging issues, beta-test CTAs, and report on SDR activity.
Powerful Prospecting Platform with Impressive Road Map
What do you like best about the product?
As a BusDev manager, I greatly appreciate the ability to manage the team, have visibility to both activity and results, and the ability to scale our outreach to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Dynamics 365 CRM could be better. We get a good number of duplicates from Outreach. This is not entirely Outreach's fault, but the process of identifying and connecting to matching records in D365 could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get metrics on our BusDev team provides insights into the level of effort and what activity drives conversion to meetings/touches with prospects. Also, we now have the ability to track all prospect touches, test the effectiveness of different messaging, and connect via multiple channels in a post-COVID world allows us to drive toward a best practice methodology.

I believe Outreach is an excellent prospecting platform and a tremendous value.
