Best overall SEP on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Checks all the standard SEP boxes, ability to add prospects to a sequence via email reply, market-leading browser extension provides great flexibility for different workflows, lots of granular admin settings, good integrations with common tools, easy for admins and end-users to ramp up, superior conversational AI compared to all other SEPs
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser extension could be overwhelming for some users, more data model flexibility would be great (although most SEPs are in the same boat), customer success is clearly lacking compared to other top SEPs (ie. Salesloft)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospect engagement and tracking, messaging optimization, sales development reporting

It has a lot of features to automate the process for SDR's. The tool does a lot; it is exceptionally robust
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get lost in this tool. It is important to know how to use the functionality of this tool to be able to get the most out of it. My team members and I still struggle with this.

Call automation, sequencing,
Seamless, organized, maximizing time allocation for revenue generating tasks.

Sequences and templates, logging into Salesforce.

Signature - Doesn't create my signature format.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it easy for sales and marketing to build and deploy custom content to large waves of prospects. Including tracking and dynamic content for LinkedIn has also greatly reduced the amount of time and systems we need to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is scare + needs significant improvement, help guides provide little guidance and reporting leaves something to be desired. There are also frequent, time-based sequence errors that require attention causing a bit of a hiccup in productivity.

Creating and tracking custom fields and custom content are simple - monitoring results are helpful.

There are too many issues with their servers. Hopefully, they will solve this soon.

It is the scaling of a growing SDR team that needs to reach out to many prospects while still being personal.

Increased efficiency and oversight enables teams to get more done with same/less time resource

Some functionality is clunky and could do with optimisation - particularly regarding search functionality

Smaller team able to perform to the level of a much larger one

With Outreach, I can make sure that I will consistently follow up with all my prospects
App works great and the support is good.

The support is responsive, especially by our AE.

Nothing sticks out. We have had some major issues but they were addressed quickly.
