My team could not live without Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Just overall very good features & functionalities, including good reporting. We use Outreach on a daily basis and so far the integrations are pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
calling functionalities could be improved

Automizing our outbound efforts.
Really, Really bad customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, nothing. The platform is very basic and claim to solve a lot bigger sales problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really bad customer support. Their billing and support portal never logs in. They never reply to emails and during renewals, they forget their customers completely. I am not sure how the company is even running with this kind of service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not benefiting at all. On top of it, it doesn't integrate with Linkedin. I prefer, Lemlist and other tools are far better than outreach
Useful for organizing prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy to find, info is detailed, great ways to organize prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to group prospects into lists without having to add / remove tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration into Nooks is extremely helpful and saves a lot of manual time.
Outreach Simplifies Contacting Prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to track when my prospects open my email/number of opens, and creating sequences within the same platform. Very easy to use, I use it daily in my role as an SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across anything I dislike about Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically tracking sales outreach metrics and performance of individuals.

How easy it is to stay organized and get all outreach done in a timely manner

Adding contacts can sometimes take awhile to be in the system

Outreach has made some great improvements lately. The new AI features make it easier to personalize across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Teams sometimes find it complex to set up custom connections or keep data flowing smoothly between Outreach and other tools like CRMs or project management platforms. This can slow adoption or require extra RevOps resources

Being able to easily organize prospects into tags and call tasks. I use every day.

SOmetimes it is difficult to filter in outreach

Easily know who and when prsoepcts open my emails and gives me clear data to call and communicate with prospects.
Long-Time User, Big-Time Fan
What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease of use. Since I started using it, it has been straight forward as far as use and implementation. I use it daily and appreciate how easy it is to integrate with other tools as well. I use many features to generate interest in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the reports take an extended time to update.

It solves the need to have continued outreach to prospective clients.

Easy to use and user friendly. Outreach helps me to stay on top of important matters.

When I complete a task there is no possibility to schedule another task with the same lead. It will move immediatly to the next contact.

Gets the job done but is terrible when it comes to exporting
What do you like best about the product?
I use it everyday as a salesperson. It get the job done. I think the UI is cleaner that Salesloft but apollo is a bit better. Customer support is passable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used apollo.io and salesloft before and this has got to be the worst software when it comes to importing contacts from Salesforce. I've lost hours of my life doing this extremely simple task. A task that is a no brainer on other platforms I've used.
