Some minor things, but overall it's hard to beat outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach keeps you organized in staying on top of communication with your target accounts and prospects. I use it daily and couldn't do my job effectively without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could connect with linkedin.
I wish sequences could adjust based on prospect interaction. (If opened previous emails 2+ times then XXX if opened previous emails 0 times then yyy) (If first degree linkedin connection send xx if not send yy)
I wish you could easily add prospect personal notes without having to have so many clicks, there should be an "add note" button like there is on the account level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going from everything slipping through the cracks, not enough follow up, and using excel spreadsheets & sticky notes and turned it into a well oiled process.
Solid platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and streamlines all outbound activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I do not like.

It is helping to eliminate tons of time consuming processes because of automation and streamlined processes
Overall great experience - small room for improvement

Automatic email throttling and engagement data is very helpful for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach can be glitchy at times. The screen will skip around when trying to hover over prospects to find out details such as email or phone number.

mass emailing is easy with outreach and time consuming without the tool

Huge improvements in UI and ease of use

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a single pane of glass for sales - it's not just an incredible automation platform for emails (it is that) but it's incredible for pipeline management by using it's custom task creation and prioritization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform can sometimes feel sluggish, but there's a lot of data going in and out so it's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me to maximize close rates on deals and generate more pipeline. Not necessarily in that order.
Outreach is Great for Sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my activities is in one area where I can look through each one. I use it all of the time, 24/7 and there are so many great features. I love that you can edit contacts and have it integrate with Salesforce. It is so easy to implement new processes here.

I do not like that it sometimes freezes but it is still good.

It is helping solve communication barriers.
Nice Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a lot of functions and covers almost everything you need for sales. Support is fairly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user friendly. Extension doesn't work together with Salesforce. Everything is in random places and hard to navigate daily task and sequences. Can't get LinkedIn to work properly in the extension. Missing our old platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is that it puts all the functions I need on one page. Whether it is making calls, sending messages through email, or via LinkedIn, Outreach allows me to customize cadences in an easy way that allow for multiple ways to reach out and that get me responses quickly. I don't need to have a bunch of different apps open at once to do my job, I just have Outreach opened and I'm off to the races.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is that I get random incoming calls. Some are spam, but others are from people who I assume have used that dialer number before. Some may be from people who say they received a call from this number earlier in the day, but they aren't anyone I called. Others are from doctors offices confirming appts for patients. I don't know how or why those calls come in to me. But that's a minor gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps me come up with customized cadences that allow me to reach out to customers in a variety of manners. The cadences are easy to customize, easy to execute, and yield quick responses.

Easy outreach to potential customers in an efficient structured manner. I use it every day for prospecting.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a LinkedIn plugin like Amplemarket does, which makes you have to do LinkedIn steps manually. Furthermore, can't pull leads directly from LinkedIn.

It makes reaching out to prospects structured and provides analytics of who should be your top priority to reach out to.

There have been instances of technical glitches and system lags, affecting the overall user experience.

Its streamlined communication and outreach processes have saved me a lot of time and effort. Also, the automation capabilities are fantastic, allowing for more efficient and personalized interactions with potential clients. This not only speeds up the sales cycle but also makes the overall customer experience better. The analytics and tracking tools provided by Outreach have been invaluable, giving me real-time data to make informed decisions and optimize my outreach strategies.
