Easy to learn! Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and customize for any org. We have numerous sequences built out by segment and the platform makes it easy for our reps to keep things running smoothly. The LI and Call integration makes it really easy for our reps to live in one view and stay on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics could be better regarding positive and negative response rates but recognize that isn't their core value prop. I'd also like to see a little bit faster response time from support.
If possible it would be great to have an option to be able to randomize send schedule windows per sequence rather than delivered directly on the time you set every time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating unproductive time where reps aren't selling and trying to keep track of sequences and prospects. We've been able to increase the productivity of our reps and incrementally improve our sequences within certain segments through their analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the potential to develop as well as automate sequences of one or maybe far more measures for the contacts of mine. This automatic email time management enables me to focus on the daily tasks of mine, while Outreach in a separate window It is like having a separate DTS with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Explanations/intensive research is rather hard to figure out with regards to obtaining information on actual contact areas, amounts, generally the amount of prospectuses, etcetera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest advantage is actually the increase in the amount of points of contact whenever you get a response via a chilly google search e mail. An additional benefit is actually the large job management pipeline, which is designed to bring in products that are new with established standards/practices, call symptoms etc. as discussed above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This changes the program of the game. Generally make use of the "Chat" button for just about any questions you might have during your business presentation. All you need to do is direct and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are amazing, great reporting too. I'm more organized than I've ever been, it's the best way for me to prioritize reaching out to prospects. The ability to escalate action when prospects are engaging with content is very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the reporting only because i'm so used to having more into to see when I drill down into reports typically in salesforce. I have lots of data about activities completed but i'd like to be able to drill down further and understand more about who i've reached out to and see if I have good cover on certain companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management. i'm accomplishing my reaching out to folks on time with sequences, if setup right you'll make the calls when you plan-auto emails are the best. I'm a fan of linkedin so the integration and use of that channel really makes a proper reach out to prospects.

automate the good things you are doing. you'll gain so much time to research and continue to find the people you are trying to reach.

What I like most about public relations is the fact that it supports data-based decision making, which allows us to optimize our public relations work at both high and low levels. Agile frameworks are used by our business development team, in which we experiment and optimize within small cycles. New features allow us to manage our daily stand with our team. The usefulness of email and note flow provides us with transparency and data layers that are valued and trusted by our stakeholders.

I want the feeding style to make it easier for me to see opinions and my own view of e-mails.

The biggest challenge faced by the company was the need to improve interaction between our thousands of contacts using advanced technologies to ensure a highly personalised journey for each person.

Outreach helps to organize ideas, facilitates the next steps and strengthens the search for ideas and customers. Outreach integrates many different organizational and communication tools in one easily used product.

Outreach is very user-friendly while working I've noticed great problems

Our understanding of selling operations, eliminating sales related administrative activities and identifying key areas for improvement. I like the fact that this is easy to understand from a management perspective.

Make sure to learn to use the tool effectively. Linkedin features are unparalleled and offer more than just email functionality.
Effective Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach operations are extremely intuitive. After the training stage, it was extremely easy to start promoting email ads in the background, realizing that I am looking for thousands of messages and do not have to deal with them actively. The simple fact that their sequence stops as soon as the client reacts makes using client/spyware applications much better and more convenient than sending unwanted messages to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to believe in a method that instantly sends emails to customers, stops them when they respond, monitors them from the workplace, and tries again, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Outreach will be a great tool that can be used in any product sales industry. As a new ATS with very limited experience, I assign many of my positive results to Outreach.

Outreach certainly helped me open up completely new horizons and develop many new areas in the role I play. Every day it opens up many more prospects for me than I have, and allows me to pursue by far the most exciting ideas, call on things that are valuable and make lively presentations.

It is very easy to start off and make sequences. Awareness provides several powerful stimuli to automate the workflow between sequences. Reliable command and reporting functions.

The reporting opportunities are quite limited

Sales support, research and qualification, synchronization and monitoring, greater transparency and the ability of traders themselves better to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I love triggers and tasks that come from the future. It allows me to focus my attention on the people who have the best chance of reacting. I am a great supporter of the independent task window - one that makes it easier for me to get the right information when talking on the phone or sending an email.

This is good, this is wonderful! Hopefully, there will be new features soon.

To improve the organization and contact with potential customers more effectively. I can write a message and send it directly to a large number of people once.

Comparing similar tools, you should make a demonstration with a representative before making a decision. There is so much to say about these tools as they may be a little overwhelming, but it is a simple learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favourite aspects is the calendar feature, which allows you and your customers to schedule meetings not only with me, but also with other people on the phone. This allows you to qualify potential customers before you call them. Being able to link the channels in the order in which the e-mails are located and take part in the work from hand-to-hand while focusing on creating other channels helps me to use my time more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't notice any defects in the outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To send an email to Face Sheet, it is very useful to use Outreach. This saves me time because I do not have to write emails, enter the subject and email address into my body, flush and repeat.

You can't imagine life without them anymore. There is one thing to consider when it comes to what you are creating. This platform is great, but without commitment to content creation and management, you won't get the results you want.
