What do you like best about the product?
It's a super easy interface with easy to use outbound automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have a ton of possible rules to set if your trying to use it for certain drip campaigns for like an app, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great outbound tool. Could also double up as a makeshift CRM in a crunch.

Great for Prospecting

  • June 24, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Outreach primarily for prospecting, and my favorite feature is that is shows when someone has opened, or clicked on any links in your emails. It makes it extremely helpful when following up to see if you were able to reach them before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, sometimes the dashboard is a bit overcrowded with too much information. I also wish that my notes for each contact were more easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makings a prospecting job so much easier. You just go through your list of calls and emails and outreach keeps track of everything. Its easy to use too.

The website is super helpful for work but at times does make it difficult to get work done.

  • June 23, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it does keep me organize and makes it easier for me to get work done. It helps when it comes to reaching out to multiple people at a time while also being able to keep track of who I am calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it does work slowly or act up in the sense that I can't add people to sequence or it won't connect when I am trying to call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization is on point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is most definitely worth using especially when your job requires you to call and email mass amounts of people. It keeps me organized in a way I didn't think possible

Scheduling messages to be sent at a certain time.

  • June 22, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic sequencing is very useful when searching for activity and the ability to schedule specific dates, times and intervals. It provides you much more control. You can track your navigation, open and click, and multiple checkboxes for tasks, combined with the fact that Gmail integration as well as an automatic tracking feature and writing is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its schedule feature delays the delivery of specific emails you need to send immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The capacity for scheduling messages to be sent at a certain time stands you may plan what it means you can communicate without thinking about it and automatically continue to do so The same applies to steps and activities. The benefits of real-time measurements, like the most proper time of day to send emails worldwide, are recognized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Track activity and prioritize your contacts more effectively by identifying active contacts. This reduces the time it takes to set it up. Help to achieve a basic level of personalization when sending messages.

Can't live without it

  • June 18, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Automated follow-ups, everything in one place, organized tasks, collaboration, scheduling emails to go out later
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I rely on this for all of my outreach, it's a huge blocker when it's down. There's SOO many customizations for rulesets and schedules, it gets a bit overwhelming when first looking at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all conversations with prospects, making sure our team isn't reaching out to the same person, organizing tasks for the week and setting email goals
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend scheduling a demo and making sure it has everything your team needs. The customization aspects are over the top, a bit overwhelming, but it's great to have so many options.

Outreach makes the manual part of the sales process more automated.

  • June 12, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to love about Outreach! Some of my favorite features are a to-do list at the start of the day and someone else's email with the option to highlight when you haven't replied. It reminds me of the ability and skill to quickly summarize frequent emails with "snippets." Now I have this tool that I can't live without.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there aren't many awkward moments in Outreach. The only downside is that there are many possibilities. Another good point is that there are too many features in Exodus to get used to all of them yet. I found someone I like, someone I can't live without, and I'm sticking to it. Take some time to explore what else this powerful tool can do with what it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes the manual part of the sales process more automated, connecting with people, performing tasks, and email correspondence on a larger scale. It is an essential tool for those who want to grow their business and sales!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to educate your sales team, I guarantee they will love it more than anything else.

Outreach - Sales support and more

  • June 05, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its operation is very simple and becoming a huge fan of UX layout, it appears you understand it all and it all speaks loudly. Planning meetings is helpful because the system synchronizes your and your team's calendars. Additionally you love the reality that you are able to test different messages in the system to see which ones work best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of claims about communication features, such as difficulties importing CSV documents for a team mail/group sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Modeling and control capabilities could significantly enhance automation. This enables us to concentrate on input points which are actually important and could be personalized rather than going into details.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You are able to appreciate the free time of yours with an "email campaign" which speeds up the job of yours. Email campaigns change course and get best sales.

Outreach is a must for staying organized & quick with client engagement!

  • June 04, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Creating sequences that allow me to quickly automate touch points for engaging with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
That if I create a sequence, and from step 1 if I have 2 versions of a message to run with depending on the client, that I cannot select which message I want to go with for step 2. Additionally, if I could send mail merges via Outlook, synced w/ Salesforce, that would be amazing. Especially if I could select certain tagged contacts within an account from Salesforce. Right now I can mass mail via Outreach, but only by individually searching for each contact. That is way too time consuming if I know I was to email 200 contacts out of the 450 I manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in engaged with my clients in a manner that lets me automate the most time consuming aspects of this process:
1) Creating email templates
2) Finding my last message to them and responding from that message since it often takes several outreach attempts before I get a warm connect with a client
3) Ties into the above, but organization in general. All the different sequences I can create additionally provide workflow ideas. For example, touch processes for: clients that have gone cold, clients who have indicated they want me to reach out under X Y Z circumstances, scheduling client meetings, and etc.
