What do you like best about the product?
I really like Outreach for its standout features. The user-friendly interface and robust automation capabilities are top-notch, providing effective tools to streamline communication and outreach in sales. The platform's versatility and seamless integration have significantly improved my overall sales experience, making it more efficient and successful in reaching my target audiences. Also, their customer support is above average.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate Outreach's features, especially its user-friendly interface and powerful automation tools, making sales communication streamlined and efficient. However, I've found the pricing to be relatively high, and as a new user, navigating through all the features posed a bit of a learning curve. There have been instances of technical glitches and system lags, affecting the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its streamlined communication and outreach processes have saved me a lot of time and effort. Also, the automation capabilities are fantastic, allowing for more efficient and personalized interactions with potential clients. This not only speeds up the sales cycle but also makes the overall customer experience better. The analytics and tracking tools provided by Outreach have been invaluable, giving me real-time data to make informed decisions and optimize my outreach strategies.

Very clean, intuitive UX. Easy to set up and customize. Integrations with SFDC and other tools just work.

To be honest can't really think of anything.

Being able to prospect at scale, by both BDRs and AEs

The tool is super simply and easy to use - incredible for call blitzs.
Really intuitive - best feature by far is the linkedin integration! It really enhances my outbound messaging to ensure prospects can be engaged with meaningful outreach.
Sequences and tasks derived from that are ideal - allowing me to effectively personalise my messaging to prospects.

I love that it's easy to stay organized and on track of daily sales activities. It also makes creating and tracking sequences a breeze! Couldn't do my job without it!

I sometimes encounter errors when trying to bulk upload contacts from a CSV file.

Easy to keep track of all sales activities and conversations, and measure the effectiveness of my work.
Solid Sales Automation and Intelligence Software
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great for gaining intelligence on customers and propsects and answering questions like "who is engaging with our content" and automate sales motions around that. I especially like the ability to see which propsects are opening our Outreach emails, both for customers at the top and bottom of our funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
No outreach software can replace solid strategy. If your company doesn't have a clear, compelling value prop and call to action, no amount of automation is going to help you book and covnert more meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing outbound prospecting motions at scale. Doing this without a tool like Outreach would be a lot more challenging.

I've been using Outreach for the past 2 years, and I'm impressed! The simplicity of the tool is a game-changer. The task options are intuitive, making it easy to navigate and execute various outreach activities.

While Outreach is generally user-friendly, the reporting features could use some improvement. The analytics are somewhat basic, and more in-depth insights would be beneficial. Additionally, occasional lags in syncing with LinkedIn can be frustrating. Despite these minor drawbacks, Outreach remains a solid tool for streamlined outreach and task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best outbound tool I use, right from tracking emails to outbound calling and the multiple calling options of using local numbers across regions is a game changer for my pick-up rates. I also track a lot of leads which helps my sales engagement as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface for outreach and how customizable it is. Once you get it setup, it's very easy and efficient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not the most intuitive tool to use at first and I had some initial problems with integration with LeadIQ. All resolved now though.

Outreach is the platform we use to conduct sales outreach to prospects via sequences. I use it everyday and it is crucial to my job.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use. I like the overall design of the interface feels like a premium tool. The implementation is not a headache like with some other tools. Integration with Salesforce and Leandata works like a charm. Customer support is also really spot on and quickly respond to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to include outreach email links into Salesforce tasks instead of the whole email body which takes a lot of storage. Besides that no other dislikes.

It helps us track potential lead emails and outbound calls. We also do automated sequences automated from Leandata.

Ability to create, save, and share sequences, templates + snippets. Also the reportings on views replies opens and such.
