What do you like best about the product?
As a task nerd, I enjoy building sequences that make sense for groups of folks - and I am really validated when I move through a sequence of prospecting and see a lead build. Integration with other apps make automating and overall prospect snapshots in one fell swoop super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some emails sent from Google-based work email don't show analytics of open clicks and others don't...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be tough to keep on top of where a prospect is in the pipe, and who else in the company is in touch with them. Keeps everybody on the same page - which makes a huge difference when someone in my company is talking to someone at the same prospective client where I am talking with another contact there.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems like Outreach is a complete solution for sales intelligence. We were using a competitor who wasn't on the cutting edge in regards to reporting, analytics and functionality which we found with Outreach. Their onboarding team is great and I love their commitment to getting adoption across the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is almost TOO robust at first. It is hard to get everyone onboard with a product that seems overwhelming. I'd love for them to have a 'quick start' guide of the first 10 steps one needs to do to get up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking, logging to Salesforce, analyzing campaigns. Their snippet tool is great to keep up to date statistics in a library.

Very easy to use and has great features necessary for a call-focused environment

Outreach tends to go down often with connectivity issues (support is quick to get it back up)

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the sequencing takes the guesswork out of when to contact clients and whether or not they’ve seen emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling tool isn’t very useful- time zones don’t work the way they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates and snippets have been great- I can compose emails as I’m on calls with clients.

Best way for SDRs to keep organized

What do you like best about the product?
Our team heavily relies on outreach for organizing each rep's book of business. It's something our team lives out of each day. Our favorite parts about outreach are the continuous innovation and product development, which often incorporates our ideas and feedback to make improvements and roll out unique features. The team is highly responsive to our needs and proactive in helping us strategize and optimize our team's usage of outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, outreach can be less than intuitive and can take a few weeks to get reps to fully master the tool. But once comfortable, it becomes an integral part of their day to day. While we have developed internal training on our own, there are (fortunately) just so many features that it is hard to comprehensively cover in onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, our team is heavily reliant on outreach for all PG efforts - emails, calls, and social. Not only does it keep them organized but provides an efficient way to optimize SDR work. It allows us to effectively understand call and email metrics, call and email performance, and better train and enable our teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely the best tool out there - furthermore, they listen to feedback, promptly respond when we have issues, and are moving in the right direction - rapidly at that - with continuous product improvements and innovative features.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, great template suggestions. My favourite part is being able to share my calendar with prospects for easy meeting options. Auto adding of activities to SFDC saves my time, and recognises my efforts for my manager and team to see.
Good AB testing options for my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my emails through Outreach get stuck in my customer's spam folders. Connectivity with Whatsapp is missing. Lacks timezone capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time. Builds my to-do and call lists. Allows me to add structure and metrics to my prospecting and managing of inbound leads. Seeing multiple calendars to set up meetings is quick and my prospects find it super easy to find time on my calendar.

Drip campaigns made simple

What do you like best about the product?
The simple integrations with our SFDC to unify all notes and progress made with prospects. I enjoyed having the call manager integrated into the platform for ease of use when calling, but our license doesn't include that anymore. Having LI integration makes it seamless to hit prospects from multiple angles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues are due to our license limitations, not product related. I'm advocating to increase our license. The snippets feature is the only area that I need to further familiarize myself with as I seldom use it. I also would like to remove the auto-import pop up that is prompted whenever I click on a lead or contact in Salesforce while also running Outreach in the background (Outreach is always running in my background).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to structure various outbound campaigns to drive pipeline. My sales volume has increase as I'm getting closer to our 4.5x pipeline needed to hit our lofty quotas. Without Outreach, everything would have to be manual. Tracking read receipts has been huge when I'm trying to validate if my attempts are fruitful or going on deaf ears. Tracking multiple drip campaigns and A/B testing has proven very successful by tracking touches and response rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get onboarded properly! It definitely helps.
