Every SDR team should have Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is how efficient it enables me to be when making calls, emails, etc. I never have to worry about forgetting to follow up with a prospect and always have a plan of action for the day with the sequence/task features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email font options could be improved. For example Calibri is too small in "normal" font size and too big in "large."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach automates a lot of the admin work and organization needed to be a successful SDR.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration into SFDC is perfect. Not having to hop screen to screen and use multiple tools and screens to move from email to salesforce to get my job done. It streamlines my workflow between calls while recording anything I may have missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In thinking about what is sometimes disruptive are both minor. They would be when having Salesforce mapping wrong which is probably internally. I also wish there was an app so that it would auto update and I could check my notifications on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple facets to the sales lifecycle and having to pivot at anytime, Outreach allows me to stay focused using tasks and checking back on opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps me on task; email tracking; makes follow ups easy
Before using Outreach, I would write down reminders or create calendar events to follow up with prospects, now that is automated meaning I never forget to follow up with someone
Snippets are great for those phrases I find myself typing out over and over again
A/B testing is amazing
Being able to book meetings is also A+
What do you dislike about the product?
No major things - just some buggy issues I run into from time to time (i.e. lead looks different in SFDC than it does in Outreach; going to create a new lead, but it says the lead already exists; saying an email was opened by a prospect, when it was me clicking back through the email)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I increased my response rate by more than 50% using A/B testing when I was an SDR
In my AM role, it allowed me to automate renewal emails, allowing me to focus on my expansion opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
When I was an account executive, I used the sequencing and task management heavily- I migrated all one-off tasks to Outreach, and frequently put new leads in sequences to start the contact process. Mass emailing and email view info has also been great! Templates and email snippets have also been a lifesaver- I can make follow up emails while on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is harder to use exclusively as a CSM, mainly because our communication is more account wide, as opposed to contact specific communication as an account executive. I also haven't been a fan of the scheduler layout- timezones don't work as they should. I think the biggest hurdle is not being able to have more specific search parameters or report creation to target specific clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up emails are huge, as well as starting the process of reaching out to clients for a quarterly review. Taking the automatic steps out of my workflow has been huge.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to organize your leads into sequences that allow your team to focus your efforts on the leads that matter

the way in which the mapping of custom fields in salesforce to outreach is quite difficult

we needed a sales enablement tool that allowed our team to focus their efforts and to be more productive. Our booked meetings have gone up by 80%.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automate repetitive follow-ups and streamline my workflow. Easy to look into data around what is working and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outlook extension for Outreach is fine but if you have used the Gmail extension before it is a really sad experience and is nowhere near as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate follow-ups to increase reply rates, simplify workflow by spending less time in Salesforce and increase the % of demos booked from inbound requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new reporting functionality. It has great data and is very easy to use to coach. I also love
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of multi user touch functionality. It would be helpful to have multiple people engaged on a sequence. I also dislike the lack of high level or deeper support. Outreach University only covers very basic information. There are users who have been using outreach for years now and often when I reach out for help, I am given basic answers that I already know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving a lot of Salesforce problems with outreach. Salesforce is clunky and does not have an effective workflow. Outreach has allowed the time spent in outreach to be minimized.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about the Outreach platform is how easy it is to create and personalize emails that you blast out to your audience. It's simple to upload your list and then blast away.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still have to be careful that your list is authentic and up to date. From my experience, they can't prevent you from becoming blacklisted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's far easier to reach my prospects with a personalized email using Outreach and know which ones have opened them.

Outreach - Worth the $$

What do you like best about the product?
I first used this as a IC SDR and I quickly saw an increase in my quota attainment and the speed at which I attained it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process and learning curve was a little tough but I think once that initial speed bump is out of the way it scales quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SDR/BDR Footprint to follow up on leads/cold outbound work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The earlier you can get someone using this in their time with your company the quicker they will ramp. I think this should be a day 2 training product. SDRs are able to get moving weeks faster than with out Outreach.
