Great as a marketing/outreach tool

What do you like best about the product?
Using Outreach from a sales perspective, makes it easy for me to be able to target potential clients and push content to them. Their analytics and tracking is what is most helpful to me. I am able to see when emails are opened, who opened them, how many times there were opened, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was more difficult than I would have liked to implement the software. We have someone on our marketing team now that is dedicated to running Outreach for us. I would have preferred something that I, myself, could have controlled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a high volume software company, and Outreach allows us to push content to our database of clients. It has saved us hundreds of hours in manually having to push emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach does an awesome job of allowing you to really build a sales pipeline and contact a large number of prospects automatically. It makes my job as a sales rep so much easier knowing that I have things going on constantly in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much to dislike about Outreach. There is a bit of a learning curve involved. The only thing I can think of is if you are using click tracking on Outreach sometimes these emails won't go through because they are more easily caught by the other companies firewall as spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build contact campaigns through outreach and really use it to track all contact information and email sequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say outreach is a must use for all business development roles who are hoping to build contact and pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having automated emails with sequences and templates. The customization for them too is awesome. Great for anyone in sales
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't link with Salesforce so you don't know someone got an email. Logs out a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of leads, keeping touches on customers

What do you like best about the product?
Consistency and persistence are the 2 driving foundations in sales. Outreach allows my team to focus only on important things: what prospects engage with your emails, who to talk next when to follow up. It's an essential tool for any sales team.
Customer support is fast and super reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I look forward to the moment when Outreach will develop their Voice and Calendar functionality to the point when we can start using it.

Consistent approach to every lead
ABM targeting
Fast response to inbound leads
Alignment in messaging

Outreach is a great example of strong company vision - their product and all the messaging from their employees is aimed at helping sales professionals be better at what they are doing in their day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
The robustness of OR is perhaps one of its best attributes, that coupled with the amount of updates we get released.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was a lot easier to truly understand, thus taking advantage of all its features, a company needs to hire specifically for Subject Matter Experts.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support, actionable analytics, and granularity of customization on templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is great so far and we have yet to run into any unsolvable issues.

Personalization at scale and the ability to send more humanized emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it really bridges the gaps between SDRs and Account Executives. Accessing our AE's calendars has never been so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer can be a little shakey. Sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesnt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to consolidate about 5 systems!

Work flow organization and process to keep our SDR's on track.

Analytics can be hard to track and knowing how many active prospects to keep live at any given time.
