What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has allowed our team to increase the number of touches/outreaches to our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes effort to ramp up to use efficiently / with best practices in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing the number of opportunities created and passed to sales, and ultimately increasing our pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
A great customer engagement platform that allows sales reps to reach out to prospects in an environment that is intuitive and easy to use. Sequences allow reps to keep prospects engaged and see the data behind which sequences are working as well as automated activity reports on reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync between Outreach and Salesforce has a couple issues, that even speaking with support couldn't solve. We aren't able to link sales notes in Outreach to SFDC, and the activity mapping between the two is also problematic at times.

Reaching out to customers and keeping them engaged. Creating automated and repeatable ways to scale outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has made it really easy for our global team to standardize on processes and understand where we have opportunity to improve. The solution is really easy to use and understand and Outreach puts in a lot of time and effort to make sure we have everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we face is how to really maximize our efforts with all that Outreach has to offer. It's sometimes easy to be overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows our team to scale inbound/outbound efforts very easily and allows us to be more prescriptive in how we market and train our team.

The automation it allows for reps, the ability for our reps and managers to be in one platform for many of their activities they log and complete.

technical issues that arise and the difficulty we sometimes see with the uniqueness of our products we sell and how we sell them

Automation and efficiency of many manual processes that our reps were previously managing in their workflows.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a hub that has all our contacts in one place and can manage our communications to our customers. Love that the process and support in outreach is top notch and they are always there to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no phone app. I feel with a bunch of our outside reps traveling it would make there work flow so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a better streamlined effort to ensure our customers are not being bombarded with communications that are not relavant to them.

What do you like best about the product?
Although Outreach is a sales automation platform, i see it best as a time management tool for sales people.Scheduling calls, emails and tasks into the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
No reporting on opportunities created from sequences or revenue generated from sequences launched. I hear its on the way.

Outreach has helped automate much of my team's workflow. Especially around segmenting customers and having a centralized repository of frequently used responses.
