Using Outreach for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it reminds me to follow up with contacts on a regular basis. I don't have to worry about all the small tasks. I also enjoy seeing when people open my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't quite have the hang of navigating everything. I also got setup with odd settings so I see too much of other peoples info on opportunities and have found it quite distracting. Overall there are a lot of features which make it a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of my daily reach outs to clients. Not losing track of who I'm working with and what stage people are in. I love the email tracking feature. Knowing when someone opens an email really excites me!
Great tool for simplifying your sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been great for creating processes and maintaining them on a daily basis. You also have the ability to quickly engage with prospects’ social media accounts. This makes more a great tool that covers so many bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little overwhelming when are first getting started with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping our business development team reach out to accounts quickly and effectively.
Outreach adds efficiency while simplifying our prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
As the head of the BDR team at my organization, I love the insights that we get into the performance of our campaigns. The simplicity for our users is also a huge plus and the automation is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Outreach so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has allowed my team to stay on top of their daily prospecting tasks while automating part of their workload. This has created greater efficiency and has ensured that prospects are getting the attention they need to convert..

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to stack multiple prospecting techniques into one sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times certain users get stuck in old sequences. Could be user error.

Learn the tool before using. Great product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the automation and functionality that outreach has to offer. I am able to be way more productive when trying to engage with prospects and my team has already began to see plenty of success.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all technology many features can make ease of use a bit of a hurdle. Training is a musk until your team can efficiently work on there own. The software does also tend to crash every once in a while, but support it quick and always resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to measure what processes reach our audience more effectively, as well as automate processes so we can spend more time on the phones reaching out to prospects and less time writing notes in sales force or sending meeting invites from outlook.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When implementing Outreach I recommend having a thorough training plan for your team, otherwise you will not see full potential from your investment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that prospects are touched automatically and the tasks that allow me to keep track of my prospects m. The support team is also incredibly helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
There are glitches that I’ve come across and often times requires a refresh. Sometimes the issue is not clearly understood and you have to play around with different ways to solve the problem. In the end, the end goal is usually reached, but the reason why something hadn’t worked in the first place isn’t known

Sales enablement and email tracking. It’s a great way to stay organized with your prospecting tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to sequence and set up follow up times for emails/calls/tasks is very helpful. You can load a prospect or customer into a sequence then not worry about following up

I don't quite understand all the functionality and the process for everything but that is just a lack of training/research on me

What do you like best about the product?
You can see what TOD and DOW people are opening your emails the most to schedule sending them out at that time moving forward. I love that you can A/B test subject lines and content to see what's most effective. There are great training tools/videos. Implementation team is very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool to do a screenshot to show what you might be having an issue with is really hard to screen grab. There were also some bugs that did not get resolved the entire time I had a contract with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized way of doing outbound that helps reps not only email, but be organized with calls and social media contacts etc.

Make sure that you pay for the implementation! Super helpful!
Sales focus to drive revenue
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach dictates sales personnel to follow a cadence to ensure prospects go through the sales cycle in a timely fashion, and it also helps avoid prospect pitfall. Also helps me organize my daily tasks to ensure everything is taken care of before I leave.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more filtering that can be done with lead views, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cadence, our sales staff has been able to follow up regularly which increases visibility which drives sales. The ability to see where a prospect is in the sales cycle is invaluable for my position, and helps me focus on who I need to spend time with that day.

Great as a marketing/outreach tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using Outreach from a sales perspective, makes it easy for me to be able to target potential clients and push content to them. Their analytics and tracking is what is most helpful to me. I am able to see when emails are opened, who opened them, how many times there were opened, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was more difficult than I would have liked to implement the software. We have someone on our marketing team now that is dedicated to running Outreach for us. I would have preferred something that I, myself, could have controlled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a high volume software company, and Outreach allows us to push content to our database of clients. It has saved us hundreds of hours in manually having to push emails.
