Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Excited to move across from our old, clunky, custom built CRM tool to something which integrates with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like the option for more automation where possible with data joins, platform integrations and clearer segmentation building for audience syncs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing audiences between our CRM and DWH to Meta and other advertising platforms.

Almost perfect marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze excels in personalization, offering advanced segmentation and real-time data integration for highly relevant campaigns. Its automation tools are robust, enabling seamless multichannel workflows. The platform supports diverse communication channels (email, push, SMS, etc.) and integrates well with analytics and marketing tools. Braze's user-friendly interface simplifies navigation, while its responsive customer support and active community add significant value.
What do you dislike about the product?
While intuitive, mastering its advanced features can require substantial training. Technical integrations for personalization might demand developer expertise. Additionally, basic functionalities like contact management can feel less intuitive compared to simpler tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy connection between product features and marketing tools.

What do you like best about the product?
With braze we can do experiments very fast, increasing the productivity in our area. Also we can get the KPIs and the results of the experiments almost in real time.We use Braze as out marketing CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support and integration facilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating real time marketing campaigns, generating insigths and testing customer journeys optimization.

1. Braze is having a very user friendly, intuitive interface, and all the options are available for self-browsing and self-teaching.

What do you dislike about the product?
More sophisticated flows & segments (especially calculating segment sizes) are taking long time to load, which makes work less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It's solving the user segmentation topic - once segments are created, they are being updated real-life and can be used in endless flows & campaigns.
2. Testing - it's easy to test all campaigns and flows internally across all of our employees.
3. Possibility of creating automated dynamic content through APIs that fetch data directly from our product: allows us to send users personalized & relevant content without manual input.
4. It's having all of user data being stored in one place - possibility of counting the segments, previewing users, executing mobile & email campaigns
5. Scalability - possibility of managing CRM content for multiple markets/regions from 1 app group
2. Testing - it's easy to test all campaigns and flows internally across all of our employees.

I didn't know it could be this easy and this complicated at the same time
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly its a lot to wrap your head around but Braze user guides and support made it easy

Its not as common so harder to work with partners on than other platforms.

Braze helps me send push alerts when I want, how I want
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy to use, helpful tool for scheduling mobile device push alerts days and even weeks in advance. I can use it to successfully schedule alerts for my role as a Digital Content Manager and provide my audience with news when they need it directly to their devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze has had some service outages this past year which prevented me from sending alerts in a timely fashion. This was detrimental to my business as a journalist, particularly in the online space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the issue of not having staff available on weekends to manually send push alerts. Using the software, I am easily able to schedule push alerts days in advance to be send when and how I want them without additional intervention.
A product that is always improving
What do you like best about the product?
Braze listens to feedback from it's customers on how to improve the product, and actually makes changes based on the feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to intertwine canvases. Having a feature that allows CRM teams to send customers straight into another canvas when reaching the end of an existing canvas would make the customer journey so much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a lot of customer profile data to create very personlized emails, and Braze has helped us work through how to setup these custom email templates.
Braze is a modern messaging center
What do you like best about the product?
Makes things simple with drag and drop editors. Easy to make it simple at first and then make it complicated over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to see customers in a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It now handles all our messaging for our media company. Primarily emails, but with room to expand.
Amazing CRM tool but could be cheaper and customisable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create canvases and segments. Great UI and quick technical support
What do you dislike about the product?
Search function can be bad sometimes and wish they had folders, in addition to tags to make it easier. If you have hundreds of active canvases, you have to scroll through for long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to send commes over push and in-app
Braze has very great UI/UX and sending capabilities but is lacking when it comes to reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
Really intuitive, clear, and easy to navigate UI/UX. Customer Success Reps are great (shoutout Arjun Kumar and Raf Chowaniec). Very good sending capabilities, felt confident in our deliverability within Braze and our good domain/IP reputation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze could use a lot of work regarding their reporting and anaytics campaibilities within the system. I understand they intend for you to migrate your data out and do analytics on another platform internally, but this creates friction and extra work. Really need to work on their revenue reporting, as that's most important to most executive leaderships. Last Click reporting is CRITICAL, and Braze is severly lacking regarding this functionality.

Great at segmenting and sending to all of our different user groups. Deliverability is great and it has allowed us to build up a great domain/IP reputation.
