Overall, one of my favourite platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is extremely easy to pick up for anyone who has familiarity with similar platforms. The userface is intuitive, and canvases are very visual which makes it easy to understand other users' set ups. I was lucky in my work with Braze to have excellent customer success managers, who offered great guidance and support in using the product to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I particularly disliked about Braze, however there were areas where I can see room for future updates. User experience could be improved in terms of organisation of canvases. We heavily used tags but it wasn't always easy to find where things were kept. As you're working on bigger clients, it can become very difficult to organise canvases, content blocks, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use braze to fulfil all our CRM requirements and fulfil client objectives, and most of the time it supports us well in doing so

User friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful for beginners to use because everything was quite self explantory.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have more resources for beginners to nevigate more complex features.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very versatile and there are endless options when you start using Liquid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to learn it. There is no guarantee of immediate delivery. Also need some improvements for dark mode and mobile view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings everything together in one place. Saves on internal system maintenance costs and gave you an easy way to track and maintain your clients journey
The best marketing automation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We just switched to Braze from another provider becasue their product is just better. More features and capabilities and the pricing model works well for growing companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about Braze at this point.

It allows us to send our users push notifications and IAM (In App Messages) which are crucial for our business.

- Personalisation: Love how easy it is to do personalisation across channels on scale. This helps us tailor messages across channels for better user engagement.
- Real-Time Data: Integration with our data warehouse (Snowflake) helps us bring data to not just marketing teams but also franchisees.
- Cross-Channel Campaigns: Ability to do cross channel messaging - email, SMS, push, in-app, content cards gives us a chance to reach customer where they are.
- Automation: We have a lean team and automation with Braze helps us save a lot of time & focus on strategy and analysis.
- A/B testing: control groups, webhooks etc helps us conduct tests to find the most effective channel / message / audiences.
- Integration: Easily integrates with other tools and platforms including Meta and Google for driving better effeciences in paid media campaigns.
- User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive design for easy campaign management. Makes me want to 'stay' on the platform everyday, explore and learn.

I think reporting and analytics is not reliable - specially for business KPIs - sales, transactions, revenue etc.

Single customer engagement platforms that is helping us increase customer retention.
Best CRM tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with several different CRM platforms and none of them has the capabilities and ease of use as Braze, with amazing support and supporting documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive and in some regions they have a reseller who handles the tool that is not as efficient as the Braze team.

It is a platform that can help you create great CRM flows, using your data from easy integrations with clear measuring and multiple communication channels.

It's easy it is to design complex customer journeys, thanks to its user-friendly tools. The platform’s strong segmentation capabilities allow businesses to effectively reach their target audience with more relevant content, improving engagement.

Braze's reporting capabilities are somewhat restrictive, requiring additional effort to generate detailed reports.

With Braze, we're able to send personalized content to a broad audience across multiple channels like email, push notifications, in-apps and content cards. This flexibility allows us to tailor messages to specific customer segments while maintaining a unified brand experience. We can efficiently manage our communications, ensuring each user receives relevant, impactful content, regardless of how they choose to engage with us.
Great business partner
What do you like best about the product?
We've been with Braze for years and they've always been a fantastic business partner. They integrate seamlessly with our CDP to ensure we're fully confident with our execution, they never hesitate to bring us new use cases, and the team is always on call to provide help when we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have seen no downsides to using Braze when successfully integrated with a CDP.
