Amazing customer success/engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Smart team who puts focus on customer engagement, ensuring clients can find success through guided brainstorm and implementation sessions. Reliable tools for 360 CX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks in the Braze dashboard to send quick push notifications; more streamlined analytics dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User engagement and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze functionality custom properties for customers profile is great. Braze event trigger is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A/B testing has to start from the beginning. There is no way to A/B test at certain step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
personalization. We realized there was still lot of cross-functional resources to make it work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool. need strong in house development, marketing resources to continue optimize every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is extremely user friendly. It has a great combination of extensive capabilities while having a user friendly experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had template options while building emails. I wish I could save certain blocks when editing in html.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us communicate different messages to unique users based on different attributes.

What do you like best about the product?
-User friendly: If you are experienced with ESPs, Braze is simple and straightforward to learn after an initial exploration into the tool.
-Tooling, Products, and Features: Braze is a robust tool that enables my team to build complex lifecycle marketing programs without needing support from product/engineering. We can easily target users with email, push notifications, in-app messages, webhooks, SMS, and more all in one place.
If there is ever a product that is missing/could be improved, the Braze team will listen to our needs and incorporate suggestions into their product roadmap.
-Customer Service: The Customer Success team is so responsive and helpful - some of the best I've ever worked with. They will provide suggestions, feedback, workarounds (if needed), and recommendations to improve your efficiency and strategy. I'd highly recommend a CSM as well.

I like to think of it more as areas of opportunity for improvement.
-UI improvements such as foldering/organizational structure instead of just a tagging system.
-Load times for canvases that are very complex (though I've been told this improvement is coming soon)
-Better reporting and analytics built within Braze. We do a lot of exporting of data to outside tools for analysis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Braze to communication with all of our audiences through multiple app groups using email, IAMs, push, SMS, and webhooks.
Braze has enabled our CRM team to build and test robust, personalized, real-time user journeys without ongoing support from product/engineering.

A great tool for ecrm
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this service could directly connect with our data warehouse in order to create custom segments that are unique to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found anything I dislike, aside from the work and time commitment in getting Btaze fully rolled out

We have been able to create an ecrm lifecycles campaign that touches customers throughout different parts of their relationship with us
Been using Braze for about a year to launch in-app and email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have control over when and where within the product you want to deliver your campaigns to depending on how granular your product instrumentations are.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a solid understanding of your own product's instrumentations and how Braze data works with Segment and your own instrumentations, it will be confusing to navigate the tool initially and how to maximize the effectiveness of Braze's functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Braze to target specific groups of users based on their activity levels and usage of the product. I also use in-app campaigns to nudge the users to progress within the product and use email campaigns to remind users who received the in-app campaigns but still have not take any action towards it.
Amazing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a super helpful tool. It helped me to create lots of segmentations and give the best experience for all of the different types of users that we have. The good thing it's that you can use the platform to increase almost every metric related to the user life cycle - activation, engagement, conversion, reactivation etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to have even more automated things. For example, we cannot automate newsfeed cards right now, so my team has to set up them manually every week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activation, engagement, conversion. We had really good results in terms of our subscription sales. With Braze we were able to send different offers to different users which helped us to, not only increase our revenue but also give the users offers that are more affordable to them.
A modern platform and top-notch support
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been an amazing partner for our organization as we have worked to mature our product retention strategies and efforts. They are proactive in offering solutions and in helping us to solve problems, when they do arise. They have provided us with a very personal experience which was quite a contrast from processes that felt very bureaucratic with Responsys in the past.
They continue to evolve and improve the range of marketing solutions that they offer in a way that complements our needs. Their approach to dynamic content has worked well for our business needs and has scaled well as we've implemented 1-to-1 personalization, and their tools for building and previewing messages and audiences is intuitive and easy for a small marketing team to manage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Moving data into and out of Braze has been a challenge over time., though their Currents product has helped that quite a bit in terms of pulling event data out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to Braze, primarily, for our email marketing efforts. Using their platform we have been able to increase our agility with building targeted messages and with building out a system for personalization of content for each recipient.
We are now looking to expand our use of Braze suite of tools and services to begin introducing similar benefits within our mobile push and in-app retention efforts.

Has a powerful and native integration with the segment.

Not that I dislike but I see as an opportunity. More flexibility to scale to big organizations (e.g. product codes and families).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data without use has no purpose. Braze is helping us create bridges with our users and is allowing us to connect and engage in a powerful way through in-app and e-mail messages that allow us to improve our user experience.

Super Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
There is no limit to what Braze can do. When building campaigns I am always able to think outside the box and develop a powerful strategy thanks to their segmenting and filtering capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve. There is so much to do and understand about Braze that it takes a little bit to get warmed up to the platform.

Braze allows us to maximize our targeting. We can discover the best way to communicate to our users throughout the entire lifecycle.
