What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to learn and fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can't tell if 1.0 is a Boolean, and it's difficult to set up braze in a QA environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to engage better with our customers, and retain them more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very intuitive to use, and makes it simple to execute complex CRM campaigns, from in app messaging to emails and push notifications. I use Braze almost daily in my day to day
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit confusing to integrate with other 3rd party vendors, but the customer support reps are helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use braze to send personalized emails to my guests, from lapsed user campaigns to abandoned cart campaigns and of course our weekly emails

What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy and intuitive so it super simple to start CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics, that you cannot axclude whole canvases, that you cannot export step ids etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending timely campaigns in many different channels without having to add additonal stacks.

Braze is a flexible tool that allows us to create impactful customer journeys at scale and is a perfect mix of technical and functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics dashboards and reports are a bit too high level so we use 3rd parties to get the best analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating customer journeys, repurposing data, coding logic in the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes it easly to create customer journies leveraging various comms channels along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing a great majority of segmentation outside of Braze can prove to be a bit cumbersome but its ultimately up to the size of your business and where all your data is stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is our primary ESP therefore it helps create a seemless communication journey for our customers.
