Continuously Evolving Platform that Adapts to the Need of Your Customers
What do you like best about the product?
We recently migrated to braze and it has been a terrific experienc onboarding and getting some of our first campaigns launched.
What do you dislike about the product?
No qualms yet. Excited to dig in and get our hands dirty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We came from a platform that struggled with keeping up with our demands for constant testing and optimizing. Coming to braze has made that aspect of our program much more seamless and has allowed us to incoporate more testing into our arsenal.
I had a great experience at Forge. It's always nice to hear from other marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so easy. It's almost unbelievable how easy it is to use the platform. The real-time data brought into the platform via the SDK is one of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dynamic content functionality could use some work. Will it was possible to create dynamic content via the drag and drop editor instead of using liquid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed us to expand all our marketing channels and all from one platform. Love having all channels available in Braze and configurable in one canvas.
A Strong Comprehensive CRM program
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is constantly adding updates and improvements that appeal to customer requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is highly centered on customer actions not product updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly and easily personalize messaging and A/B test.
Braze is the best email tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very powerful out-of-the-box, and it is able to be customized to do almost anything you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a couple small features that I think need to be added. I'd like the ability to copy canvases from environment to environment. I'd also like to have volume alerts on canvases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to power localized content and languages to over 15 regions wordwide.
Most sophisticated CRM tool I have used to date (and I have used a fair few)
What do you like best about the product?
I like most that innovation is at the forefront of everything braze does. I also really appreciate that braze is not afraid to collaborate with others, rounding out their own offerings to be able to cater to businesses in a meaningful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience integrations take a fair amount of time. Technical support is also challenging sometimes.

The degree of personalization that braze offers in terms of multi-channel user experience is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical support on an ongoing basis (not with the general braze support) can sometimes be not as efficient and helpful as it could be.

Easy multi variant testing, cross channel marketing, segmentation

Bootcamps were exactly what I needed to be able to understand what I will be getting myself involved with as we go through the onboarding experience

I think some of the panels and sessions could be more interactive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently every channel is separated. We cannot wait to integrate all channels into one and unlock channels never used before
Braze is a great partner for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Braze offers a great solution with lots of learning tools and opportunities. Braze is also an extremely valuable partner for companies, as their technical and strategic support is second to none. Our CSM and Account Exec possess extensive knowledge of our company model and objectives and tailor their support and recommendations to our goals and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that the majority of companies and brands that use Braze are consumer brands with applications, resulting in fewer applicable example use cases for our healthcare model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is constantly evolving, innovating, and iterating on their current offering. They provide their customers with early access to new features and connection for thought-sharing.

Braze is always innovating and making it easier for us to reach our members.

Submitting support tickets can be a long process and sometimes does not end in a resolution.

We are able to reach members in ways that are unique to them and their member journey.
