Great for unlocking cross-channel CRM activity

What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to create cross-channel CRM activity for the first time, driving incremental uplift compared to our previous technologies, e.g. Abandon Basket. We've seen particular success in our mobile activity as it utilises the Braze SDK and connects into our business ecosystem very neatly. It's allowed our teams to unlock ambitious Use Cases to drive purchase frequency and marketing permissions.

The UI is very intuitive and it's easy for new users to onboard to the platform, plus there's a host of online learning material.

The team is always available, highly responsive and authentic in their culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your data needs to be well organised before it gets into Braze. For us, that means having a CDP to collect and organise data before we send it to Braze This does bring complexity into the stack and needs additional expertise to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Enabling all our CRM channels to trigger off the same data in a unified way - this has consolidated the number of vendors in our business and given our teams the ability to create cross-channel marketing activity

2. Enabling our mobile team to drive App spend and frequency using real-time updates, content and rewards

3. It's forcing a change in our thinking / process to be data-led and customer-led, rather than channel-led

Very easy to implement and great features out-of-the-box

What do you like best about the product?
We migrated to Braze in 2023 as we moved away from two legacy systems and consolodated into Braze technology stack. We were able to fully implement into our product in around 3 months across 11 platforms thanks to great documentation and onboarding process.
The features that come out out-of-the-box were easy to integrate into our applications and clearly defined in documentation in terms SDK support.
For anything we have issues or concerns with the customer support team are excellent in coming back swiftly to help troubleshoot and diagnose the issue.
Our CRM team constantly praises the ease of use as something that is intuitive and they very rarely face issue setting up email and in-app messaging campaigns that they set up on a regular basis.
Braze offers some functions that allow customisation through a feature called content cards and we've found great success with this in recent months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Braze, however sometimes the support teams can struggle to understand the issue reported if it's specific to product integration. However having a customer support manager allows us to escalate such cases and they can utilise their knowledge of the integration to help speed up support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze to help reach our customers at the right time with the right message to ensure we engage and retain them.
With the help of the plethora of features available and the ability to personalise on scale we have been able to create multiple messaging channels within our apps including bespoke placements.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze have a very good support and detailed documentation on the platform multiple features. very good delivery support which is the first thing a bulk sender needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, but than again, you get what you pay for, for us, ROI wise, Braze worth avery penny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze offer multiple channel marketing, which solve otherwise a huge resources allocation (Mainly you need less work-hours to get to your daily goals).

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Braze has elevated our customers engagement and increased our productivity.
With it we can easily monitor our email marketing data.
Has an easy to use interface.
It eases to create and run marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

My overall experience with Braze has been exceptional positive..no dislike!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Braze is that it's the best customer engagement platform through many channels.
Also i like how it delivers intelligent and easy to set up communications from the product and marketing teams.
It's services and customer support are true partners for our business since they are very responsive!

It is extremely intuitive ..nothing that i dislike towards it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the features, like how easy it is to use the Drag and Drop email tool that requires no coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
In certain setup for canvas, we had messaging not go live and received no errors/warning before launch the messaging which made us assume the setup was correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is creating or implementing new features that will help us better execute our campaigns, such as intelligent channel and other AI tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the builder features which I use to build the campaign from scratch faster without any technical knowledge.

They also offer free WABA integrations making it easy for us to run campaigns through Whatsapp channel
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a wider experience with CRM tools if not, it might be difficult to understand this tool in the beginning.

Pricing of the software is high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our campaigns reach a wider audience because of the brave software which has helped us attain more sales. I have observed an increase in our sales ever since we implemented Brave by 30%

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a marketing campaign is easy and does not require any knowledge, the process is just straightforward.

Customer care team cares about inquiries and they respond to every questions
What do you dislike about the product?
When the campaign is finished and launched, you cannot edit it or undo the action, I would like to see the ability to edit the campaigns even when they are launched but when not sent to our clients
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is not only creating more sales but also helping us engage with our clients from different regions of the world through our social campaigns hence putting our brand close to their hearts. It has helped us to develop our brand and have a wider audience
