Versatile and powerful platform, UI is sometimes clunky

What do you like best about the product?
The many tools available to help us make data-driven improvements to our marketing strategies like A/B testing and compatibility with Amplitude, among others. The ability to bundle all push notifications into one has been immensely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel a little clunky at times, especially on a smaller screen like the laptop. The email builder is extremely versatile with tons of customisations available, but it does not feel intuitive to use, esepcially if you have not used it before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps with automating regular day-to-day push notifications and in-app messages, which saves us a ton of effort and time. Having the option to add images and use customised sound to the push notifications also helps us differentiate ourselves.

So powerful it's energizing my entire career

What do you like best about the product?
Understanding and enhancing your customer profiles, then acting on that data, is easier in this platform than in any other platform I've worked with. The native functionality with web and apps through SDKs not only enables near real-time data capture, but also powers modern marketing channels - In App, Push, and Content Cards!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email drag and drop creator doesn't meet all of my content creation goals, but I think new features are always improving the platform! Plus, I can download the HTML of blocks that need adjusting and do a blended email with drag+drop and custom HTML to meet those goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the problem of needing day-to-day developer support to complete marketing initiatives.
Once the Braze SDKs are implemented you can action on all of the rich customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility! I love how much control you have in the platform, is very intuitive for Marketing Exectives to get campaigns out, but also great for more Technical Managers like myself to plug in dynamic API sources and powerful Liquid code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something which I think Braze is lacking that I have seen in other CRM platforms, is a feed for each user profile. Although though user profile is very informative, others like HubSpot do have feed of what the customer has done in a timeline, which is really useful for research
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to personalise at every step in the customer journeys. Control in one place over automation and orchestration.

What do you like best about the product?
Canvases and the campaign analytics dashboard, which help marketers send out targeted content and make data-driven decisions based on results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email editor is way too basic and can afford to have more dynamic features.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is super intuitive and easy to use. I can build all kinds of user engagement and user conversion journeys with tons of personalization and different levels of sophistication thanks to liquid and connected content. Braze is always evolving and launching new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing localization is hard (but I know the team has been working on it). Links are also a bit hard to manage, but easier than other tools I've worked with in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Trigger multichannel messages at right time, in different platforms (web/mobile) - we can adapt the channel used according to the user's behavior
- Manage different targets (B2C consumers and B2B2C members)
- Increase engagement and conversion

What do you like best about the product?
The interface, layouts and journey is simple to use and understandable for users with different level of technical backgrounds. Several campaign channels can be set up, and beyond that, can be orchestrated with each other easily. Post-campaign analytics is readily available and almost real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is sometime hard to communicate. Sometimes it requires back and forth chat before we can convince that there is an issue to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build campaigns and create segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the canvas (waterfall journey builder). The layout for the journey becomes confusing and difficult to navigate when the journey gets complex. Also you need to rebuild all the campaigns is a real pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does what is promised as an ESP.

What do you like best about the product?
The ergonomics of the platform is really pleasant to use. The ease of creating workflows with multiple touchpoints is a strong point compared to competitors. Easy to connect is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if the management of the data and its display were simpler. Learning the liquid language is not necessarily easy at first and it takes time to get use to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily create marketing workflows and ensure customers receive my message at different touch points. The way we can mix the different channels is very simple to understand and use.
