What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to integrate with Snowflake data warehouse.
- Robust segmentation capabilities.
- Comprehensive A/B Testing tools.
- Dynamic ways to create journeys that integrate various messaging channels.
- Very responsible customer support.
- User-friendly interface that it's relatively easy to navigate.
- Accesible resources to assist users in learning the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Poor dark more support.
- No a lot of tools to research SMS rejections issues or emails delivery issues on my own.
- Pricing is a higher than other CRMs in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns are easy to scale, robust segmentations capabilities, easy to personalized messaging, reporting, easy to sync with Snowflake.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design. Braze is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are limits when looking at when a member receives an email if it's been past 30 days. Also how I can't search for certain emails sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email deliverability is a big thing for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the marketing automation capabilities and how reliable it is. I also like how quickly Braze basically pays for itself through incremental sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest risk with regards to braze is that it has competitors that are rolling out more and more features at a faster pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving our need to segment and personalize our CRM with our customers. It allows for seamless journey orchestration that provides for incremental sales. Its email, push, and in-app capabilities are robust, and its breadth of integrations is top-notch.

Using liquid to personalize customer communications is a powerful capability if used correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze helps me to get my newsletter out to my community of global digital nomads! It is easy to use, has good design tools and the targeting/scheduling features are next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides were minimal, with the need to constantly save my drafts along the design flow, I would have appreciated an auto-save feature (with manual save as a back up).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows me to send out global communication, at the touch of a button. Using Braze for my newsletters allows me to be anywhere around the world and ensure that my customers stay up to date with my brand.

What do you like best about the product?
1. User-friendly interface
2. Content gallery
3. Extremely advanced and easy-to-use wizzywig editor
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes Braze shows "an unexpected error occurred" light icons, which are very confusing, and I do not understand what causes them.
2. It would be nice if you could use wizzywig editor after uploading the actual HTML in (which is not an option)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Facilitates email marketing outreach
2. Helps to build multi-channel funnels
3. Allows for easy design and HTML editing

What do you like best about the product?
The Braze learning module is fantastic. The videos are so helpful and clear. The interface is clean and easy to use/
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay per data point. It creates a feeling of constant management that you might be going over you allotment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with engagement and re-engagement on our community platform with the simple email campaigns and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
- user-friendly (easy to learn or easy to use) as a beginner
- helpful for increasing engagement and user retention
- so many features & partners which collaborated with Braze
- helpful for making some reports, and the report can be insight for our internal team
- I personally like Canvas and Prediction Suite features. I thought it could be the key to improving retention users.
- customer success manager & others from Braze's team are helpful when we have some issues
What do you dislike about the product?
- too pricey for the Indonesian market because we should follow the USD $. I think Braze should also analyze the competitor here (in the Indonesian market)
- sometimes, the tools error when we want to launch the campaign
- I think the internal team Braze should coordinate with AR Team. So the AR team know updated information about the payment
- more features & partners upcoming would be more helpful from the Client's side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement results, user retention, targeted user, personalized user, reporting, and development (maybe, because I am not Tech Team, but documentation is sometimes clear enough for me).

What do you like best about the product?
I love my Braze rep as she is always attentive and helps transform my ideas into reality. She is super creative with customer retention ideas and how Braze as a platform can help support with my KPIs
What do you dislike about the product?
The website can be overwhelming with information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer retention is the main issue, also driving users to learn more about the variety of assets we have available on our app

What do you like best about the product?
Positive UI and UX. Easy to navigate around the site, and lots of documentation is provided on the Braze site. Positive experience with customer support as well as their ticketing software
What do you dislike about the product?
There are hiccups/bugs that we encounter at least once a month. This is somewhat expected since they are the newer platform compared to Oracle/Salesforce, but it can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for all in one messaging and being able to easily transition between email and mobile marketing. It's definitely a more modern look and usability compared to other ESPs.
