What do you like best about the product?
- Class-leading personalisation and segmentation. This is where it shines. If you can think of it, Braze can probably target it.
- Easy to use and comes with intuitive features, as well as Drag and Drop Editors
- But you can do full custom code as well
- Canvases can be complex and personalised but the Canvas Flow makes them so easy to build
- Experimentation, A/B test and machine learning options are next level
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not having auto-save when building messages. You need to hit save draft quite often to be careful
- Has good testing options but sometimes it can be tricky to get test messages to surface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us raise our MAU. It lets us easily target users where they are, whether it be externally or inside the product, and we can do so based on their actions. We also use it to spin up temporary product surveys or MVPs for testing that will later be hard coded.

I appreciate the customization of the platform based on the data, intelligent timing, integrations with partners and learning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting tools seem less power than the rest of the platform

Engage users. Especially the anonymous ones who browse the website or use the app

What do you like best about the product?
Building elaborate looking drag and drop templates are super easy when using Braze. I also love how easy it is to A/B test each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot send preview test links which are automatically updated, only a text straight to someone's inbox which my colleagues sometimes miss if I don't mention it's there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeted email campaigns and great A/B testing. This helps increase customer conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been incredible overall, but the best part has to be the ease of use when utilizing the platform. It is very user friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though perhaps a small gripe, my biggest dislikes about using Braze would be the need to manually 'save as draft' due to lack of auto save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving our company's needs when creating several emails on a weekly basis for an audience of over 3m. It streamlines our processes and makes creation much faster with drag/drop capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
integrated platform for all user comms and account management. The Braze team is also engaged and attentive

The cost. Braze is now our most expensive tool

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Marketo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Hubspot amongst others. Braze thus far, has been my favorite platform. It offers customization levels similar to Marketo, while offering a much more user-friendly interface. The canvas feature is so easy to use and gives you that global view needed to review!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some design limitations. I'd love to be able to design mobile emails completely separate from desktop for some emails. The coding requiring to feed all the data we need in has been a challenge for us. Capacity on our dev team is limited, which pushes data integration back with Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on automated flows like welcome series, abandon-cart, win-back, and nurture campaigns. These were not something we could do intuitively and track before using Braze.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can create segments, test and send campaigns, and later analyze the results in a clear way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit more flexible and some changes need developers, so I feel it could be a bit more hand on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to address our huge audience and segment it accordingly so we can reach specific users with different messages.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to upload, monitor and supervise your campaigns. It makes sense, it is not confusing.
More than everything, I like that it visually shows the most critical aspects of the campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not self-explainable. I started using it, but I had to get in contact with my team so they would explain to me the workflow and the tools I had. I think the first approach should be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have recurrent campaings which I mantain the text but modify the attributes on the communications. I also incorporate the data about the deliveries in my reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Braze are plenty. The navigation is easy to use and friendly to work around. As a web-based platform, it's easy to access the account from any laptop without installing software. You can create a detailed multichannel journey within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
- Could have more potential for data inspection, currently this is lacking at a software level
- Need some development in loading speed in general. It can sometimes be slow, but it has improved from before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helping to build an automated customer journey by just adding a few steps
- Able to create detailed segments and understand customer profile and their personal data, which can be used to develop targeted/bespoke campaigns
- Working with clients who use different channels such as: push, email or in-app and Braze makes it easy to create any campaigns easily.
- One of the biggest problems is ease of use. A lot of new/beginners that use CRM feel daunted or find it difficult to learn and adapt, through Braze's learning path and easy user interface, using it seems less daunting.
