What do you like best about the product?
Its very user-friendly unlike other tools which are more clumsy and complex offering similar or lesser capabilities like braze
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team sometimes has had unusual lead time to solve a query, and email being the only channel for solving support issues sometimes becomes the barrier to solving complex problems. Also, Braze requires a full-time developer to unlock a lot of functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving reach out to users via multiple channels under a single roof without making it too complex.

What do you like best about the product?
Brave has helped us understand how to connect with our customers from different regions of the world. I like the WhatsApp integration which comes at no cost and helps us reach thousands of clients every day through Whatsapp and emails
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is too slow to load especially when the internet connection is too poor, it can be hard to load a report and marketing analytics, Customer care team team delays to respond to questions and the tool comes with limited integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Braze software to send personalized marketing campaigns to our clients through push notifications, emails and Whatsapp campaigns. The software has helped us reach more people and more clients which have increased our sales lately

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer care team of Braze, they respond to questions instantly giving us the best experience with the tool, as well the tool support Whatsapp integration at no additional cost hence making it easy for us to run our marketing campaigns through Whatsapp channel
What do you dislike about the product?
They should consider adding the pricing page on their website as this quickens decision-making as well, the software has limited templates for campaigns

I use the software to engage with our community through promotional campaigns, the software is helping us collect more leads that we turn into business prospects and sales. It has helped our business to develop and grow faster due to increased sales

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to set up and does not require any technical knowledge to use the solution, I like the automation rules and schedules which I use to schedule our mobile push campaigns to be sent to our audience at a time they are more likely to interact with our brand
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have the budget to use the tool as it is expensive, and does not have a pricing page on its website making it hard to determine the cost initially

I am using the solution to send personalised marketing campaigns through mobile notification and push notification to our subscribers and is helping us to interact with clients, inform them about product updates and promotions

What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly and easy to use platform. The real-time event option is simply incredible, it brings us much closer to our customers. The implementation was very easy, considering that it is not necessary to have advanced knowledge. It is a tool that is constantly evolving, with frequent updates and new features. Support proved effective the few times it was called
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that can be improved is the fact that there are not many possibilities for editing campaigns after they have been launched, it ends up being a little frustrating in a way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blaze has helped us a lot with marketing campaigns, since the moment we signed with the company, we have had good results and we are constantly evolving.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, segment, and automate messaging and campaigns. Their canvas feature is powerful as well when integrating with app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data can be difficult to manage with numerous overlapping integrations and your own first party data. Many opportunities for profiles to duplicate.

Braze benefits us by helping manage and automate email and mobile push campaigns and canvasses

What do you like best about the product?
2 things that is attracting me much more to the braze platform are: 1) Setting a marketing campaigns in braze is completely hassle free experience 2) In depth insights of all events which eventually helps better to strategies personalized campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain areas where improvements is required in the braze platform.


Caching is the biggest problem, it takes a while to replicate the changes in an app that are made in the braze platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining insights to the user behavior, Braze is taking all the hustles to do this so I can get all the insights quite easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's user friendly and we're able to implement new features relatively quickly to achieve a personalised, best in class multi-channel CRM journey for our audiences. We use Braze every single day and it's so easy to integrate new things such as catalogs and data fields. I like that our account manager is always on hand to support with any issues and recommend ways we can optimise our campaign or canvas performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting side of Braze can be a bit tricky to manage. There are several ways that we can create a report. Some of the quicker report builds have a limit of comparing 5-10 campaigns/canvases at once, which can be a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to maximise the use of our first party data in order to deliver a personalised customer journey to our audiences through the use of liquid script, connected content and catalogs.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team provides enough assistance to any technical knowledge which makes the tool suitable for any level of usage whether you are not technical enough or you are, the tool is just easy.

I also like the software integration and scalability, it integrates with other popular tools like Whatsapp which makes marketing automation easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a heavy pocket for this tool since it is expensive, also the tool would be better for companies with a larger number of contact lists to benefit a lot, and has no mobile application.

The software helps us reach more audience with our product promotions and updates through push notifications and mobile marketing
