Great MKT Tool, many settings to customize your own campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful MKT tools which can help customize your own campaigns a lot. They have a great onboarding team to support you as well from marketing strategy to technical integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite complicated sometimes and might make human mistakes if not careful or not familiar with their settings. And I wish their support team can have more people in different timezone too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze can help me better automate my campaigns with fewer tech resources and customise the campaigns in different variations. Do more AB test or personalisation etc.

Best customer engagement and communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is incredibly user-friendly with a wide range of features that allow you to create complex marketing campaigns with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's necessary to resolve issues with HTML code knowledge so technical knowledge is necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The braze allows you to create and send a variety of messages, including push notifications, email, in-app messages, and SMS, all from a single interface.
Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Braze is not difficult to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides yet of Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze enhances my ability to keep track of the notifications that I send out and informs me when my campaigns are ending.
Powerful system, but does need some workarounds
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful system that allows you to do multichannel marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Layout could be improved, for example the back button is in a weird place - need to rethink navigation
2. Drag and drop builder is limited, we have resorted to using a different system for this

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for B2B and B2C flows. Also sending standalone campaigns to audiences.
Great for email!
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Braze for email marketing. The initial onboarding process was long but very thorough. The team was super attentive to our needs and ensured a seamless integration and transition from our former email marketing platform. The segmenting abilities are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Braze. I guess the only downside (which isn't REALLY a downside) is that is takes a long time to fully learn and realize all of the capabilities and use them to your advanage.

Braze segmenting is helping us ensure we send the right messaging to the right people at the right time. Their simple and intuitive layout makes it easy to create segments and find what you are looking for.
Helps you to create loyalty and retention of your user base
What do you like best about the product?
Several data options to create segments, integrate with other services and see the right data in order to analyse your campaigns and strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still high tech dependancy. Other services also have prebuilt flows where the advertiser only needs to input their data and the flow is ready to launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to create uses cases to activate, retain and re-engage our users helping building relevant messages around the year to our customers
Immensely great tool that is a few improvements away from perfection
What do you like best about the product?
I have never worked with another tool that lets you customize the user journey and send campaigns, gather data, and everything else in such high detail. The tools provided within Braze are awesomely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow performance and slow loading are the biggest issues I have encountered while working with Braze. They make it quite hard at times to get everything done in one go and it takes a lot more time to wait for Braze to load than to actually do the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to users in a more custom and personalized way is what I love about Braze the most because it helps us to provide more correct messaging to specific users and therein improve out reachability. Additionally, I love the data that Braze provides both about the users and the performance of the campaigns sent to them.
Great Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Braze would be it's integration between all our apps and different type of marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have issues with conversion events (i.e. not being able to track out of app or sometimes in app)

Easy to organize and build campaigns - user-friendly.

It's easy to use with very clear, straight-forward and easy-to-understand UI.

Not much dislike about Braze as I have used other marketing automation tool before, Braze is performing much better.

I can do segmentation easily and view some basic analytics at a glance.
