What do you like best about the product?
Powerful potential with easy-to-navigate segment/features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Levels of supports from technical, documentation, implementation/integration and direct. Reporting features in Braze is sub-par!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opening doors to creating customers' journeys communications and direct marketing. Braze provides an avenue for navigating through customer's data.

What do you like best about the product?
Es fácil de utilizar para todo lo que permite, push notifications, email marketing, contenido personalizado, event tracking analytics. Es muy completa, y lo que hace lo hace bien.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pues poco malo que decir, quizá la parte de delivery optimization para emailmarketing tiene muy poca visibilidad al hacerlo a travésde sendgrid, pero para la mayoria es suficiente
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pues todo la estrategia de comunicación omnichannel para los usuarios, emkt, push, etc.

Our CS is great and always willing to help, however we have technical problems

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Braze for a few months now, and each time I've been amazed at how complete it is for CRM work. The highest point is our CS, which spares no effort to help us on a daily basis and solve problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is a very complete tool, but it is complex in almost all aspects, where we need a lot of technical help, which delays the process. Even with a 24h SLA, the answers are not always with solutions, but sending different materials to resolve, and the technical part of our team ends up working more in the error/correct attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us communicate with our client’s end customers. We’re developing new segmentations and designing a new customer journey to improve performance and grow engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Braze for a few weeks, but i noticed there are some great features for CRM and our current CS specialist is great with support and directing us to possible solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical issues have been a setback, where results have been affected. I have also noted that some of the opened tickets, even though theres a 24h SLA, response is not always towards problem solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting data and understanding purchase details, but not full journey, for example, "Custom Events" shows interesting information, but what else can Braze show me regarding the purchase, what items were removed? Did user replace it with something else? How long to complete purchase? and so on

What do you like best about the product?
The product is user friendly and our UX reps are always knowledgable, quick to help and always are going above and beyond to enhance our mobile marketing strategy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I can think of anything specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data integration and how we're using it to enhance our mobile strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to duplicate segments, canvases, campaigns is helpful. The ease of usage is also something I appreciate - whenever there're new features, it's easy to onboard and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't use to be a problem, but recently, we've been experiencing slow-loading campaign/canvas pages. We figured it could be because we did not stop and archive the older campaigns and have started implementing that. We were also trying to extract copies and creative together with engagement data to do content analysis for optimisation, but there's no easy way now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable sending of communications to our customers and users. We've now seen fewer delivery issues than when we used a previous tool. Productivity in the team has also increased because we no longer have to count segment size separately - we can immediately see the send segment size at the campaign level before send.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the emails are sending very fast. Its not necessary to wait for hours until all the emails are sended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is does not have a support chat for quick questions. And I don't know if you have live training sessions, some CRM tools have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze I can send emails very fast, but I'm facing a lot of integrations issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is incredibly accessible, and the platform offers tons of reporting tools that can be used by everyone, including non-technical employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, our company has encountered technical issues that took a while or could not be solved. However, most have been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized communication. This is helping us build rapport with our users, and in turn, we see higher purchase conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-channel touchpoints, as well as being able to pull in different content with liquid dynamically.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Liquid can get too tricky
-Wish I could see the dropout of a cohort via campaign targeting instead of having to view in segments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-New canvas flow - being able to use different persistent entry properties.
-Auto-stopping campaigns that are not in use. Hopefully, this means it's easier to archive campaigns.

One Sharp Multi-Channel Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is both user-friendly and feature-packed, a rich platform that hasn't let me down so far. Working in the tool is a pleasure, and so is dealing with our support team: Alex Madda is everything one could want in a rep. Safe to say, I've found my professional happy place with Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find a negative. The closest I came is the inability to link directly to a template within the platform externally. One can link to campaigns, segments and canvasses - just seems like a missing piece that I'm sure will be updated eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease with which we can initiate a multi-channel strategy is a huge optimization boost.
