Email Deliverability in Braze

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the Canvas feature, especially because you can use multi-media campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more tracking tools, such as reporting on email deliverability errors. I have also had some slow responses from Braze support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular newsletters and communications with our users, marketing campaigns, and onboarding campaigns.

Great Marketing Engine for your Business!

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use! Compared to our previous platform, where email journeys were complicated and challenging to maintain, the canvas flows with Braze make it easy to setup, track and iterate on!
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is newer to the email space, so their email editor is not as easy to tweak. The HTML window is small, so its hard to make those fine code adjustments in the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is making it easy for us to adapt multi-channel canvases with ease. There is no difference in how braze handles leads and accounts so the transition of speaking to the users at the level they are at is made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to send out communications such as texts and emails in a predetermined cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having MMS and SMS be separate. I feel like they should be grouped together. And not being able to have two-way communication via text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to onboard our new clients and teach them about our product.

It's very intuitive in terms of user experience, which makes it seem easier to use than some other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not noticed anything particularly negative so far.

Organising my workflow is very simple, and it allows me to deliver campaigns with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Our customer support team is exceptional and provides a user-friendly platform for marketers, engineers, and product managers. Additionally, our customer success manager is highly responsive and offers valuable suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things to improve on: ability to duplicate campaigns and content blocks between environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our platform allows for fewer human resources to be used in the building, testing, and launching of communication campaigns due to its user-friendly interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Main upsides of Braze:

- robust personalization capabilities which allow us to deliver highly relevant messaging to our customers
- truly an omnichannel solution that allows us to approach CRM strategy with a holistic multi-channel perspective
- appreciate that there are direct integrations with various partners (Segment, Heap, mailbakery, etc)
- large library of APIs and api-triggered capabilities which allows us to setup fully programmatic campaigns at scale
- good documentation and guides, along with the Bonfire user community makes for easier onboarding and troubleshooting
- really good support services, we've typically seen a 24-48 hour response time for our support tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
- "smart / intelligence" features don't work for us, e.g. intelligent send time feature has not proven to drive better engagement
- real-time alerting capabilities are lacking and makes it hard to monitor deployments
- the native performance reporting capabilities are a bit convoluted and don't solve reporting needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, I view Braze as an omnichannel messaging solution that allows us to approach CRM strategy holistically at a multi-channel level. Braze's robust APIs and developer-friendly solutions enable us to setup key marketing automations and programmatic campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and intuitive. Setting up email campaigns is quick and easy to do. The price is reasonable for what you get and the support service is very accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics tools and dashboard are not the best. However, it gives you the possibility to connect it to reporting tools such as datastudio or mixpanel easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The setting up pf lifecycle campaigns. It is very useful in that area as it allows you natively to launch campaigns from different channels in an intuitive and easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer success team is the best ever. Platform itself is very intuitive and comprehensive with great A/B testing capabilities. Customizing options are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
One need to resource their own end to get the most out of the platform and there we had a gap. Cost is also rather high. Maybe the analytics could also be a bit broader but most companies have separate tools for that - as do we.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has taken our capabilities to build customer relationship in scale to another level and made possible "data driven" communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a superior tool and company to other competitors in the market. Braze's feature set and capabilities are more advanced and are constantly being iterated upon and improved. The company also offers a wealth of knowledge on how to use the tool and recommends best practices to advance your business. Their onboarding team held our hands through the implementation process to help us ramp up quickly, and their customer support is highly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could build campaigns in a dev environment and automatically ship them to prod. I also wish for email that you could click done and it would save as draft vs. having to click done and wait to click save as draft after it finishes saving. Our designers forget to save their work a lot because of that extra step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to message customers in an automated way across multiple channels - many of which Braze unlocked for the first time. By using real-time data to trigger and personalzie messages for customers, we're delivering a quality experience for our users that we couldn't before implementing with Braze.

Excellent Marketing Automation Tool with Robust Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
As a customer of Braze, I feel they genuinely care about my feedback and are constantly looking to improve the platform. In the short year my company has been using Braze, I have already seen them make many great updates. We are able to use cross-channel campaigns to easily grow and scale our marketing efforts without having to onboard another tool. It also allows us to better understand all the communication our customers receive, and personalize each message.

One of the absolute best features of Braze is its people. I have had nothing but incredible support and service throughout my time as a customer. Whenever I have a question, someone can quickly answer it. The customer success team is first-class and provides great value to me as a power user. Not only are they helpful when it comes to learning how to do something new in Braze, or sanity-checking my campaigns, but they also push me to use more and more capabilities within the tool to unlocak as much value as possible. In addition, Braze has created many training resources and thorough documentation to help users accomplish just about anything within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve for me with Braze, having come from a less robust/technical ESP. Additionally, there is a bit more technical work required (I rely somewhat heavily on a Dev to get things done). However, with the learning curve came many new and exciting possibilities. The biggest thing that I had to get used to was that contacts are managed a bit differently - specifically they each require a unique identifier (aside from email).

Would love a bit more reporting, for example integration with Google Analytics to track true value of each campaign, but this is not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to scale up to omnichannel marketing, which is new for our team! We are wanting to see all of our customer communication in one place. In addition, we are able to act on customer web behavior for the first time, which is leading to new marketing opportunities for us.
